I've no idea what she's going to do.
Calling a judge biased without bringing an official defence motion for recusal is bordering on contempt and she could jail his ass.
The threat, attack on witness Pence and then this attack on the judge certainly are pushing the limits.
But would she jail his ass?
If he were anyone else there would be no question.
Probably a gag order and an order that he formally apologize.
He already says that he will move to recuse her. That will eat time, but go nowhere. The courts should fast track this case. Otherwise, Trump will stall until the election.

You might want to look up the definition of irony before you use it in a sentence.
Which might lead one to think that she won't put up with much stalling or messing around.
