Incase some don’t know what that is. It is the trust the public has, in the “institution”. Be that government, law enforcement, the financial system. Pretty much anyone/anything that has power over the public.

In the 90s, a lot of changes started coming in with respect to oversight, compliance, penalties for those that “break the trust”…
Some may think change happens overnight, or expect things to just change with a snap of the fingers. Some others may not trust the SIU here. Cops often don’t………………….

However, if any one, thinks dealing with, de-escalating gang bangers, common thugs, spouses during domestics ( often highly volatile and dangerous) junkies, the mentally ill. Making life altering decisions in 0.005 seconds and being right, more often than wrong……. Is a piece of cake.

And with respect to this specific incident. It’s not that it is a dog. It’s what that specific dog represents. And yeah, anyone that would grab a gun, go into the public prepared to use it, against anything…..deep dark cave for a long time…..
