What about intersex?
People who are intersex may have a mix of chromosomes, such as XXY. Or they may have some cells that are XY and some cells that are XX. Or they may have just one X chromosome (XO). Other combinations can occur too.

What's your question? Intersex is also dictated by chromosomes i.e. science.

A man pretending he can become a woman has nothing to do with intersex people.

LOL. That would be your loss. I am on the boad of a number of companies which collectively employ @ 900 people. And if you truly were in a position to hire/fire people you would know that firstly diversity is a good thing for most businesses and second the thought that you can find the best qualified candidate based only on marks or things like that is absurd.

I've done just fine without catering to oddities. Your people make my people "feel" awkward, so by the very same arguments regarding the "feelings" your kind always refer to, I'll pass. Just like that you are wrong again. All sorts of skin colours, as long as there aren't massive red flags, but your blinders are on. Problem solving is your weakness. You will get there... rather than being a hater, I'm trying to help people see more clear, but when lines get crossed, you cannot return from them.

Only true for low paying jobs that Canadians don't want to do. So it is not just a matter of economics but also availability of labour.

Go to any corporate job or highly skilled job that pays well, you will see they ask for Canadian experience (which has nothing to do with skills but everything to do with the fact that they don't consider you Canadian enough) , or just not pick your resume because your name doesn't sound western etc., Aka racist hiring practices where white employer prefer white employees and selectively pick them. (And before you ask, every immigrant who is not an assylum seeker is qualified as the Canadian immigration system ensures that. And also before you ask, it is not about getting the job, they wont even pick your resume for an interview. And before you ask, immigrant eductional qualifications and job experience do count in Canada as the immigration process ensures that it does).

How do I know this? Because I am a former immigrant who has faced this and I know exactly how Canadian employers think/act.
Why do so many people want to come to Canada if western people are so racist? Seems a bit odd to me.

I am noit talking about quotas. I am talking about diversity as a characteristic in hiring or admissions or whatever.
What the hell are you even talking about.

Always hire the best person for the job regardless of their skin colour or gender period.

To do otherwise is completely irresponsible and will be disastrous to your business.
