Those 2 year contracts are a discount to the price of your service (for example $30/month for 24 months); however, while the discount is guaranteed the price of your services are not.

For example, my base package cost is $125/month and is $95 after the discount; the base price of the package could increase during those 24 months.

After the 24 months, the discount drops off your account.

Yes; since you are bundling 3 services together, you get a discount for that as well that should stack on top of any other promotional discount.

I guess someone told Rogers that Bell is offering a promo. Just got a call from Rogers to-day with the same offer albeit at $1 per month higher.

Agree with this and Bell is much easier to get on the phone than Rogers, based on my experience.
