A court interfering with another court is, in the final analysis, the determination of the legal system. Is the 3rd time the charm for you?For a court that is now all about states rights, they sure crushed a state led initiative to count all the votes. So, I think that qualifies as interference. If they did nothing, then you would be right. But, they did step in to overrule a state supreme court. How is that not interference?
You are trying to say that the decision of a state court reflects the will of a state. It doesn't, for obvious reasons.
