a complete farcical, fictional joke of a movie.
Almost as funny as Alan Dershowitz claiming to be a dem who defended democracy when he was backing rump's coup attempt.Mark Levin labels Ann Coulter as a grifter. It's kind of entertaining, you'll have to admit...

Dinesh D’Souza is so frequently wrong that he spawned a whole Twitter community that just dunks on him and his stupid takes. The man pretends to be some sort of intellectual, but anything he does would not stand up to the rigours of a peer review process. So, he makes stupid "movies" like this and Death of a Nation or Obama's America. They are the Fox News of documentaries where important and impartial facts are left out if they don't agree with his narrative. All he does is serve red meat to the MAGA cult who swallow it without asking questions. You can argue that Michael Moore does similar stuff with his left-leaning docs, and I wouldn't disagree. But from the ones I've seen of D'Souza's...he makes impossible leaps of logic or uses innuendo to make his arguments without the pesky requirement for actual fact. They are more in the realm of fiction than anything else.![]()

The court cases were only decisions based on standards established by courts (not legislators) for obtaining pre-trial relief, which, frankly, are designed to make it extremely difficult for courts to overturn, or delay certification of elections. So you are saying that the 60 or so court cases including the Supreme Court were meaningless, as those judges did were "NOT SURE" that the elections were rigged, and they stated their "CONCERNS" about it?
Wonder why the Judges then called it "FRIVOLOUS" and without "ANY MERIT"? ROTFLMAO!!
You are misinformed. As an example, produce a link to a Pennsylvania government report which addresses all of the allegations raised in the myriad cases brought in that jurisdiction. It doesn't exist. Then try Michigan. The audits you refer to are recounts. Recounts are not audits. What people "can find" when full access to the evidence is denied to them is not of any persuasive value. With all due respect, the "battleground" states have audited their results multiple times. Independent auditors found nothing. Biased pro-trump auditors found nothing. 60 court cases found nothing. And now a new pro-republican group finds nothing. No one yet has found anything that withstands people speaking under oath.
That's a theory, and there's no doubt that prominent public figures continue to be skeptical regarding the election, but you are overlooking the more obvious explanation that the critical states have done their best to avoid full scrutiny and/or providing full answers to the allegations made regarding the process in their states.Yet, the feeling for people is real. So I agree. But the question is why? The reason is this story line was pushed and pushed and then any possible problem was amplified to the rafters (and when disproven it just fell aside to be replaced by the next inflammatory allegation). Remember, DJT said his primary loss to Ted Cruz was because of fraud. He said 3 million illegal immigrants voted for Hillary in 2016. So, any election Donald Trump has ever been in he alleges fraud. Full stop. But now he has the media infrastructure to amplify it. And, viewers hearing every day about some new outrageous fraud after a while just makes them feel as if something is there, even if they can't point to specific fraud.
Reasonable theories are why investigations take place. If you had to "prove" your complaint in order to justify an investigation, there would be no need for investigations.Remember Rudy is on record saying he has no evidence for fraud. Only theories. That is not enough.
(Also, if there is fraud, why is the fraud only R votes being changed...why not D votes? After all Biden was winning pre election polls by 7 points, and ended winning the election by 4 points).
The "prominent public figures" are all GOP hacks and trump ass-kissers. If the GOP had any real evidence, they'd go in front of a judge. And you know.... they did that 60 times and the judges rolled their eyes and kicked Trump's ass out of court and wrote to the Bar Associations of his attorneys asking that they be disbarred. You are misinformed. Real controversies get litigated and resolved in the courts.
What you have to understand is that in States like Arizona where the audits were conducted, votes for Biden increased and Trumps were found to be over counted. The Courts decide whether the Protocols were conducted in a timely and precise manner, without any sizeable irregularities. Remember that Dominion Voting Machines where all that BS allegations by far right media's misinformation have ingrained a false sense of this "Voter Fraud" and "Stolen Elections" that was found to have been garbaged in Court. No evidence whatsoever was provided by Giuliani and his defence team. Even Bill Barr openly laughed at the content of the "2000 Mules" that was mentioned in that Testimony from Him. So stop preaching what we do or do not comprehend in the courts as even Fox News as many of these right wing outlets are too embarrassed at the deceptive propaganda that they previously relayed to their viewers, and are quietly backing away from the "Stolen Elections" front line news. Now we have to see what Steve Bannon has to offer as he was one of the kingpins in this respect!!The court cases were only decisions based on standards established by courts (not legislators) for obtaining pre-trial relief, which, frankly, are designed to make it extremely difficult for courts to overturn, or delay certification of elections.
Anything the judges said about "merit" in that context is strictly limited to that legal exercise.
Judges have no power to determine whether government officials can decide whether to audit elections (unless a law binds an official to do it) or whether they should report fully to the public concerning any election concerns raised.
You misunderstand the role of courts with respect to this issue (and probably their role in society overall).
A fundamental confusion seems to be at the core of your position. Recounting votes is not auditing. Most of the concerns raised (admittedly, not all) were about whether ballots were improperly harvested and/or fraudulently submitted by mail. Recounting those same ballots is immaterial to resolving those concerns. You'll never understand that most of the concerns raised have never been seriously addressed until you begin to understand the different natures of the different claims that were made. What you have to understand is that in States like Arizona where the audits were conducted, votes for Biden increased and Trumps were found to be over counted. Do your research for once rather than post your usual drivel!! Arizona conducted an AUDIT for possible Voter fraud in some of the Counties:A fundamental confusion seems to be at the core of your position. Recounting votes is not auditing. I'm betting that the date this understanding will take root with you is never.
The idea, as these sweeping subpoenas suggested, was to review the vast majority of Maricopa County ballots and all of its election software and hardware despite no real evidence of wrongdoing. The county, which has a majority-Republican board of supervisors, resisted the fishing expedition, and the two sides went to court.
While the legal wrangling was going on, Maricopa County ordered a “forensic audit” by two independent firms. Both concluded in a report released on February 23 that the election machinery was sound and uncompromised and that there were no signs of significant errors.
Nevertheless, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge ruled three days later that the state senate had the power to issue and enforce the subpoenas, so the audit proceeded.
I make a point. You throw a chicken. That's your idea of a rebuttal. Throwing chickens. LOL!Do your research for once rather than post your usual drivel!! Arizona conducted an AUDIT for possible Voter fraud in some of the Counties:

In other words you are really brainwashed in believing the nonsense that the "Elections were Stolen". Real bud Plug play coming into action similar to the James fields Innocence Saga. ROTFLMAO!!
Dutch, if the courts thought that those cases were anything but 100% horseshit, they would have overturned the election.Sorry, but you've been proven wrong. Over 60 times. The courts have made it clear they are only willing to do so much towards resolving election integrity concerns. The ultimate responsibility resides with lawmakers. That's who the public are appealing to now.
So proven how wrong your presumptions were. For a change think before you post, as it is so hilarious that you presume that only ballots were counted and there were no audits after the 2020 elections. ROTFLMAO!!I make a point. As I said, an incapability to understand that a majority disagrees with you.Its called common sense,...
