And I would love to know about these issues so that I will be able to avoid these SPs and book only healthy (body and mind) providers. I doubt though that any SPs would be willing to disclose their problems because it will lead to loss of business. We are not the government, not even the employers - we are the customers. I do care about mental health of SPs but only to the extent that I want to avoid the ones who have problems, and not to try to accommodate their problems. "Be nice to SPs" - I am all for this.

Exactly! I've met ladies that will not even have a sip of alcohol let alone drugs and I've met many who will either do one or the other or both.
Unless it will imply that SPs should be especially nice to those mentally disabled clients (e.g., with anger problems) and offer them discounts - there is no need for such thread. Let the government and family care for any disability. I so much wish prostitution would be legal and all service provider will have to take medical exam (including psychiatric). Legalized prostitution would have solved so many problems.

Everybody on the planet has some type of personal issue. Most people with mental and physical health issues lead ordinary lives and do not escort.
Escorting is a choice. A business choice.
Hobbying is at best second only to escorting among social ills and sins.
You can be smart enough to be the next POTUS but dumb enough to have
your career and reputation destroyed by seeing escorts all for scratching
an itch. Reading a thread on hobbyists' issues would require a profound
understanding of the psychology of deviants.

The irony is that the escorts feel the same towards their customers. I had a friendship with an escort that had very rich customers. She was often telling me how she would like to meet a good guy and settle down. When I suggested one of her rich customers, she told me in no uncertain terms that they were losers and not worthy of consideration. The few boyfriends she had when I knew her were far from my concept of husband material.
