Really who cares. The girls are free to leave the business and seek medical help. Most females get by in the world without selling their bodies for sex. Will be honest, I have not meet one disabled escort yet. Lot of the girls I have seen are bright women and they know what they want to achieve in life...escorting is just a means to end for them. True some of them make a wrong turn and end up trapped either by a pimp, booze, drugs etc but they seem to be the minority.
Agree with @MONTYY and @glamphotographer - I treat the SP's with the utmost respect and always thank them for seeing me and appreciate the service they provide. So my reply is that I personally was not aware of this health issue with escorts and I also believe that it is not widely known in general. As such, guys that are assholes in other aspects of their lives will be assholes to escorts as well.
As well, your supposition about the health issues of escorts as compared to the general population seems to be based on totally anecdotal evidence, when you say "I have noticed". Do you have any real data to back this up? What disabilities are more prevalent in escorts than people in other walks of life? And as far as deaths between 25 and 35, deaths due to accidents or misadventure, would not count as supporting your theory because they are not due to health issues.
BTW, I totally agree that escorts should be treated with great respect, just like I would treat other people with that same respect. But not because I suspect that they have more chance of being disabled.

Is there any real proof that SPs die more often? When I was a kid I heard of people dying in their 40s and 50s dying unexpectedly, that was because medical science and medicine was not advanced as today. I know a few personally who have moved on to being successful doctors, nurses, lawyers and a couple even work for me or have worked for me once they stepped out of the industry.
