I make computer fonts as a hobby, and typography is a conversation topic that interests a lot of women. There are many, many stay at home single moms who are graphic designers. Typographers are above them in the graphic design pyramid, because they make the typefaces that the designers use.
What's your age group and how easy/difficult is it for you to get dates off of tinder/bumble?
I'm 60, but I look younger; I still have a full head of hair, and only my sideburns have turned white; no gray hair. I don't use online dating. I don't have a lot of money, but I also have no debts, kids, nor ex-wives.

When I was being arrested and taken to the Don Jail on what seemed like a frequent basis for a very short period in my youth....don't ask..... alright. parking tickets. Anyway, a couple of times I was in the reception area to pay my tickets and be released. The women milling around to visit their boyfriends were absolutely fucking hot. Women will follow bad boys to the prison gates. I was young and fairly good looking but didn't rate a glance. Being small fry and all.
I was tall at a young age, 5'11" in grade 7, age 11, and gay men attempted to show me their ways from about age 14, even though I've never given any man any indication that I was interested in anything more than polite conversation. A firm "No, thanks" is usually enough to get them to look somewhere else for fresh meat. I never found those advances to be flattering.
If her boyfriend is in jail, a woman can be pretty certain that he's not cheating on her with another... woman.

I recently turned 56, have grey hair but I colour it and take finasteride to keep it. I have some money and a small company pension, no kids, no debts but I have an ex-wife I sponsored from the Philippines.
She wanted kids, and said that Depo Provera was giving her a headache early on. I did not think the relationship was good enough to have kids. We are still friends though.
I don't have any statistical evidence to back thus up, but I would estimate that a third to 50% of the adult population does not enjoy nor want to have sexual intercourse. This is based more on years of personal observation, and personal opinion. The key word is 'want'.
There are a lot of married couples who only have procreative sex, and when they don't want to have a child, they sleep in pyjamas in twin beds, like on black & white sitcoms. There are the voyeurs and onanists filling a significant percentage, as well as the Classic Narcissist, in love with their own reflection, and too good for everyone else, in their opinion. There are all the women who find sex painful, or they've never had an orgasm. There are all the full time trolls, or video games junkies that never leave the basement. Add in the pathetic and both the voluntarily and involuntarily celibate groups, the disinterested and inept groups, not to mention many of the feminists, plus every partner in an arranged marriage that's unhappy, and you're looking at at least one in three adults who probably meets the description of one or more of those groups.

An attractive man will still get laid with relative ease even if he's broke well into his 50s.
Women love looks just as much as men.
Not all women are like this but for those that are, the first phase is true desire, love, and lust. The second phase is practicality. The first phase never actually disappears. It just goes under the radar.
Where would he meet women to get laid ? The primary way people meet these days is Dating apps and they don't work for most men, including very attractive ones, as pointed out by many.
6 years ago I had some success. I am a fugly chud, fat, employ/ed/able but with some assets.
Granted most of those who respond were born in China but living here including the 2 I met.
I got about 20 messages but they were by those who looked 20 years older than my actual age [I look younger], about 10 BMI fatter or in some cases looked like dudes and also couldn't put together a sentence or use things like punctuation or capital letters. [My standards are higher if I am sending a message than posting on a forum]
I find the numbers on POF have gone down a lot. I don't try tinder because at least with POF if you find someone promising you can send a message and work the charm. In Tinder if they don't swipe on you based strictly on looks you are fucked and I know my strengths and weaknesses.
