That's a bit misleading, since it suggests that "Palestinian" is/was a either a race or a nationality at the time of Christ. Instead, it was just a geographic region of independent city states until the area came under the control of a number of successive foreign empires. There was no such thing as a Palestinian until the PLO. Jesus was "Palestinian" only in the way that Prince Albert II is "European".
It's not misleading, it's complete bullshit. "Palestine" as a name of the region came to be roughly 130 AFTER the birth of Jesus, as a result of the suppression of the Bar Kochba uprising against the Roman occupiers. Jesus was born in Roman occupied Judea.
The Palestinian movement is Anti-Semitism started by the grand mufti of Jerusalem who was the uncle of Yasser Arafat. This movement does not care about the rights of the Palestinians.
