James, she's pushing sales for her new book and - I presume - a career pivot into independent opinion-izing by being as caustic and "controversial" as possible. It's a sales pitch to launch her new ventures and establish a "provocative" new public personality.
I see you continue to delude yourself , just making shit up to fit into your narrative

The Post Milennial on the other hand is the apex of unbiased journalistic integrity.
It might just be a bot that generated the article, so a real human may not have even written it lol. They were exposed before. Oracle still loves the incel daddy though..

BBC, CBC, all gov funded networks are losing viewers, even TV is in trouble. If she’s good she should do a Joe Rogan. Be on a platform where if you’re good you’ll do well and if you’re shite you won’t.

Good for her.

The CBC has indeed become infested with leftists and a shadow of its former self. I mean, it was always left of centre, but now it's extreme. Ever since Mansbridge left, the place has gone to hell. The only ones left with any sanity are Ian Hanomansing and Ian McDonald and I suspect that they are both pretty much fed up as well. All of the "not really that old old guard", the folks I like to call "Chretien liberals", (i.e. centrists) have all left or been forced out. Replaced with young left wing extremists who have nothing but disdain for Canada and are all about using the CBC to spread their left wing political agenda. I used to defend the CBC all the time, including my posts here on TERB when others would call for them to shut down, or have their budgets slashed. But I have to admit that in the last 4 or 5 years I now see that indeed they need to be dismantled. They are far to biased and it's sickening already. Time to defund the CBC. (But not the CBC radio, I do think they are pretty good still.)
The problem is that left wing dogma started to infect the universities years ago and what he have now is the fruit of that....

its difficult to ignore the billions of taxpayers hard earned money poured into this corrupt money pit
I guess when you whine about a lack of funding for left handed transsexuals of color with eating disorders we can just assume we are free to ignore it

The National Post?? LOL!! A far right wing biased source that pulled the plug on Andrew Coyne's Opinion Column. They were pissed off with Andrew Coyne during the 2015 Elections as they have a bias towards the Conservatives and Coyne's opinion was to be critical of Harper!! In contrast the CBC has no problems with the At Issue Panel where Andrew Coyne airs his views freely without any attempts to control what he says. The others on that panel may or may not agree with him. Unlike that biased National Post. So I can see why the alt right wingers hate the free press!!

Andrew Coyne has been at the Globe and Mail for years. (I have a subscription.)

And the NP is definitely a conservative paper, but they are not a right wing extremist paper. They do have a few goofy columnists. Barbara Kay immediately comes to mind on that front. But God bless her, she's 80 years old and still working hard.

Now the Toronto Star, there's a leftist propaganda rag. Ask Rosie Dimanno - the Toronto Star's long time star columnist how easy it is these days to work for the Star. LOL. I figure she's just hoping for a generous severance package and she would be out of there so fast you're head would spin.

I just posted the link to the NP because it was actually written in English as opposed to the gibberish of the OP's original link.

BTW, there are over 1,000 reader comments on the NP article not even day later.

A huge number of people now feel that the CBC has lost touch with the bulk of the Canadian population and are so incredible biased that they need to be, at the very least, torn down to the ground and rebuilt from the ground up. One need only to have watched Rosemary Barton on election night to realize how biased the CBC has become. (Getting rid of Barton would be a great place to start! She should not be in the position she is in.)

Could very well be. Never heard of her, but what she says matches my own observations. (They say Anne Coulter isn't the crazy she portrays when in front of the camera. It's just an act to make a ton of money.)

But here's the thing.....

The TV new media has pivoted from being about the news to being all about political commentary and entertainment and frankly it distresses me. It started with MSNBC and Fox frankly and just spread like a wild fire. CNN has been all Trump all the time.

Right wing spin.

CBC has an ombudsman and if you think there is bias write them a letter and they'll respond to you.
The problem is you're being exposed to ever more right wing media and becoming radicalized while most of Canada is still the same.
The country is still mostly liberal and reelected Trudeau.

The right wing are just getting angrier and more radical.

The CBC hasn't moved in either direction.
Its you that's changed.

Nope, I've always been more or less the same.

I hate Conservatives, but I fucking hate liberals. There's no difference between them. They both want to tell you how to live your life.

I like guys who don't like to tell you how to live your life.

And now you love republicans and the people's party?
In the US, isn't it the right wing telling you what books you can't read, what theories you can't use, what women can do with their bodies, how bad sex work is, what science doesn't count and who is to blame for everything (immigrants and minorities mostly)?

OIC, The National Post is not a "Right Wing Extremist" Media, but You had no problem claiming that the CBC were packed with "Left Wing Extremists"!! No way that Barton is a "Left Wing Extremist". In the past she has derided both Conservatives and Liberals, be it Harper, or Trudeau. I have not come across the CBC "endorsing" the Liberals, like The National Post did so with the Conservatives. So in plain layman's terms tell me what makes the CBC a "Left Wing Extremist", media??

The Toronto Star is as far Left of Centre as The National Post is towards the right of centre. The CBC is very moderate. There is no way that they are biased in any way.
This suddenly seems to be an issue ever since 2016 when a certain POTUS has deemed everything to the "Left" of him to be fake and biased. This seems to have been echoed up North in Canada ever since. Shows how divisive he has managed to split the politics just not in the USA but globally!!
