Maybe I seem cranky to you because you interpret cranky as someone who not only has the gall to disagree with you (you are like that every time someone dares question your judgement, not just me) but also shows how wrong your analyses are. Yes, the Panthers will probably win a playoff series this year. But using your logic, haven't they been saying that since 1996?

Regarding the Leafs, you sound like someone who knows nothing about hockey. You actually think Matthews (and other elite players) make a conscious decision to not perform in the playoffs? News flash, Matthews had a wrist injury last year that greatly affected his ability to shoot the puck. One that even taking the entire summer off wasn't enough to make it better and required surgery prior to this season. Because of that, he was nowhere near himself in the playoffs. Tavares was also injured in the first game and out for the rest of the series.

I don't generally quote you or respond to your nonsense until you start poking me directly with your typical antagonism. In this thread for example, it has been you who decided to take umbrage with my posts, quoting and responding to them even when the were not addressed to you. Just your usual. Maybe you should check that behaviour, and you won't get told off as often as you do.

Another first round exist to the leafs bums, every team has injuries, during the playoffs , the leafs has no depth, just 4 overpaid bums ,

You specifically said, "Matthew would rather hangout with Bieber than perform in the playoffs." To which I explained, he was injured. Yes, many players play through injuries but when a sniper can't snipe, they have no chance of performing up to their potential. His wrist injury was so bad that he required surgery. And Tavares didn't even play an entire game in the post season before he was out.

How well do you think Edmonton would've done if McDavid had a wrist injury and Draisaitl was knocked out in the first game of the playoffs? Oh wait, bad example. McDavid wasn't injured and Draisaitl was in the lineup, but they still lost 4 in a row. Does that make them bums too?

Once again, there was ZERO antagonism in my earlier post. Sure, I disagreed with you but I did not insult or call names. I think the worst was that I accused you of exaggeration and spinning. And I pointed out that some of your points did not seem logical. Is that the antagonism to which you refer?

Leafs fans so defensive over a team that can't perform on the playoffs. I love seeing them choke in the the 1st round 😆🤣😂. Worst original 6 team can't win a series or even advanced to the Stanley cup finals in the salary cap Era .

I only support the other 31 teams, not loser leafs lol
