Because if so, then SD was arguably not a threat of serious injury or death.

We got a very short excerpt from an examination that went on clearly for several hours. The ADA tried to get clarification as to whether Rosenbaum was already falling forward when the shots were fired. McGinnis said that Rosenbaum was lunging and was off balance, but could have righted his balance and the shots were fired when he lunged. THAT'S IT. THAT'S ALL THAT 12 MINUTES WAS.

This type of misrepresentation and exaggeration is going to occur incessantly on the type of site that you like to watch. They are essentially propaganda.

The examination must have gone on for at least another hour and I would love a link to the rest of it.

But what was played was a nothing. It's standard that rightie bullshit sites take a small excerpt and misrepresent it and then exaggerate the importance of what they just said. And that's what just happened.

Well, you don't know what Vic #2 and Vic #3 saw or didn't see. They could simply have seen KR pointed out as a "killer" and tried to stop him leaving. Everybody on both sides seems to have been armed that night and tension and emotions were pretty high.
