Well sure, that's obvious. Which is why no one else bothered to mention it but you.
Obviously we all know not to get any parts from dealership if we don't have to and can get it elsewhere.
Someone once knocked the plastic piece off my side mirror.
Went to the dealership to get a replacement.
Think it was close to $100 and it was just a piece of moulded plastic.
Just the part. No installation. It wasn't a simple install either.

Should've thought about it before buying a BMW.

Sell it and buy a KIA.

A BMW forum? I joined one for my car and got all kinds of deals on parts/service but like here with reviews, you gotta contribute.

Great advice. I'll join the BMW forum and delete this thread since there are too many bmw haters here.

I've bought factory Jeep parts from a dealership. They don't really screw you that badly on oem parts. They make their money on the labour to install said parts. Most aftermarket parts sellers get genuine parts from the parts counter and mark them up. Can't hurt to at least call and ask the price. Lots of aftermarket/Chinese knockoff parts look cheap and the quality is generally quite poor. You can easily tell them from oem parts - especially body panels and trim.

At a SP near me
Bought my Bosch blades from Amazon. You can also try marenello Bmw if you’re a BMW True North member and get 10% off.

No problem. I meant join a BMW forum as well as stay on this one. Don’t delete the thread. I like BMWs (in my rear view mirror).

Also, BMW owners, is there a simultaneous problem with all your indicator lights? Every BMW I see changing lanes or turning never has them on.

Yeah bc it's just way too complicated to use them lol. This video explains in detail.
BMW had to change the indicator stalk design in recent years after all the owner complaints.

And here I was thinking it was because most BMW drivers are just inconsiderate jerks (kidding). Does the video explain why they take up 2 parking spots?
