No. Not at all. Where did anyone say that?
Why because you acknowledge white privilege does that mean you a bad person or something? It doesn’t.
What you should do is recognize it is a real thing and make sure you don’t personally do anything to contribute to it. Meaning, if you are landlord, you be fair and not use stereotypes and bias when renting for example.
You don’t have to change your life, just make sure you are personally not contributing to it yourself.
And be a little appreciative of the good you do have in life that you know others may not because of privilege.
That is all.
Oh and white privilege is not racism. They are two different things. Maybe that is where you are getting hung up
Get a clue or don’t and stay ignorant. Choice is yours. Your opinion will eventually die out as newer generations take over. We are slowly heading in the right direction whether you like it or not.
Privilege is still not just about race either but you can’t seem to let that one go.
All businesses and streets should be disable accessible for example. You have privilege over someone in a wheel chair because you can navigate in many places they can not. That is a privilege. Simply being able to walk into a store because the owner doesn’t make it accessible to a person in a wheelchair.
privilege is not that hard of a concept to understand if you take 2 seconds and look at it instead of being purposely closed minded.

Definitely not a racist county and I don't think anyone except dumb low class ppl are racist. I've never experienced racism as a non white person from a white person. As a teenager I've experienced some from other non white kids but that's normal teenage bullying behavior.
Having grown up as a poor white kid, I know what I had to do to overcome the financial situation but I also saw black friends and classmates who were smarter and harder working than me never get a shot. As I said previously, once I put on a suit and made sure to speak in a business-like manner, the poverty I experienced was hidden. Same can't be said for Jamal or Arun who I grew up with.

If you actually want something, try simply reflecting on your interactions with POC and consider if or how much their skin tone influences your decisions.
I've met plenty of upper-class racists. They just tend to be more subtle with it (or have set themselves up so they don't 'have' to deal with minorities.).
For jobs, they'll hire talented minorities if they need to, even if racist. Money rules the world. Not skin color.
For jobs in IT/CS they often hire minorities (at least in the states) because their work visa is conditional on having a job in that specific field of study, so they are less likely to leave or take risks, because otherwise then they have to get the fuck out of the country. Talent is not really the main factor, its how much leverage an employer has over their employee and how subservient they are. They have far more with someone on a work visa. Its just the harsh reality and always has been. And yes, of course talented people come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
