Women do not make it very easy for men when it comes to dating.

As for homeless women. Hey if you can think of a more ecofriendly lifestyle, I'd like to hear it.

agreed. it is however still hardwired in our nature, just like women desire to have children.

for example as women earn more money and that sense of independence they still seek out men who earn more than they do. they want to be able to have children take time off, stay at home raise the kids and maintain the lifestyle they had pre baby. this is a phenomenon that is currently happening now with high earning women making over 6 figures. problem is that roughly only 10 percent of men make over 6 figures. that 10 percent includes married men and gay men.

so those hardwired behaviors never really go away regardless of independence.
None of that is "hardwired" though. Outside of the basic level of "we would like our partner to be compatible and our family to have a good life" there isn't much hardwired going on here.
Women like to look at people they think are attractive. Men like to look at people they think are attractive.
Men like to marry people who they think will make a good partner. Women like to marry people who they think will make a good partner.

It isn't super complicated.

So yes - girls are taught to ignore. Actually we are taught the “grey rock” method. Look it up. This is what we are taught to deal with abusers, with rejecting advances, with sexually exploitive bosses, etc.
I'm always amazed how many guys don't even seem to notice they are being grey-rocked.

Honestly you guys needs to stop with those dating apps. You perpetuate the fuckery. Get out and learn to approach a woman like a man. It was working 10yrs ago
Thanks to a history of playing Roleplaying games like D&D I can name many dudes who had severe difficulty in dating long before apps were a thing.
Get out and learn to approach a woman like a man?
You sound like a peach. Being a woman you have no idea what you are talking about.

Actually the only time I got somewhere, well remotely seriously was on POF.

I highly encourage you look deep into evolutionary psychology. Women more than likely look for male partners who are socioeconomically higher than them. This is called hypergamy; which is
hardwired by females. I’ve never heard of a female lawyer or doctor marrying a man who works at Mcdonalds or at Walmart.

I would not even go on a date with a woman who works in walmart or McD. I would fully expect them to be dumb af and spending an evening with them would be unbearably boring. Unless maybe they are sexual freaks or something similarly improbable.

As a player myself that didn't stop me. Just changed the hunting grounds from clubs and bars to book stores, sci fi conventions, house parties and gaming events. Oh and Goth clubs. It was good times. Just getting my own room at a convention was enough. And being gainfully employed, ability to talk about books, themes. Have a touch of creativity. And treating them like equals.

In return some damn fun freaky sex was to be had. Smart awkward girls tend to be more open and kinky.

Its about commonality. I'm still in touch with some decades later as we moved on in life. We liked eachother. That was the key. The OP needs to stop stressing and just go out(when this is over) to what he likes to do. If girls like it too they will be there.

The women that should be near the top of a lot of guys' civvie 'to do list' should be computer programmers. With a woman who thinks logically, you're going to get conversation where you learn things that are important to someone other than the woman herself and her close friends and female family members. How someone is feeling really isn't very interesting, because that information can change at any time.

Here's a good example. A man is blindfolded, and a man and a woman are standing some distance away. The blindfolded man says "John, where are you?". John replies "Fifteen paces, nine o'clock". and the blindfolded man knows almost exactly where he is. He then asks the woman "Linda, where are you?". Linda replies "I'm right here".

Hey. You try. You fall. You get back up. You try again. This victimization needs to stop. You can cry in your shit or get out of your shit. You guys act like we are never rejected. I had my lot of rejection. Hell my job is based on acceptance or rejection when you guys look at me. Also, you think it's easy to date when you are a sex worker? I don't pity you guys. Stop it already.

What is d&d dear? Dick & Disappointment 🤪?

Right? Getting turned down is so part of the game. I was turned down and turned down more than anyone can be bothered to count. It doesn't make you unattractive. Just unattractive to that person. I'm so glad I never online dated. My game involved laughter and fun. I never tried to impress. Just have fun and involve them in it. Ask them about themselves. Be interested. Get that belly laugh.

Because not only would I be attractive to that one, but a few others in proximity as well.

As For D&D awesome game. Creative, fun, and violent. What more could you ask for?

women wanting children isnt hardwired? there are exceptions to every rule but its safe to say having children for women is.

seeking out a man who can provide for a woman while she is with child and raising it. this was essential for a woman prior to the industrial revolution, the right for women to work, etc. this is basic evolutionary psychology. just because women are now able to work, etc does not erase hundreds of thousands of years of evolution which fostered humans success. there are so many things that have been hardwire regarding how we choose our partners.

we will have to agree to disagree.
