The planet is still relatively early in this pandemic. There will be spikes and recoveries for a while yet. The fact the a “micro climate” like Texas may currently be experiencing a decline in cases means little as their numbers will likely soon go back up with the new wave of variants. That is roughly 93% of the counties representing approximately 26,040,000 people.
Hardly a small sample size.
