Wow, did you send that straight to Rudy?
How about Biden?
I'm sure he'll admit the election wasn't legit and resign as soon as he sees it.

Keep up the good work, you're almost there.
Well, James Troupis is another of Trump's fine attorneys. I'm sure he, Syndey, Jenna and Rudy are a slick, top notch, well oiled team.

Video taken by Georgia Fulton County poll worker shows chain of custody procedures not followed and unsigned absentee ballots processed:

Do you think the bookies still take bets on who the new president will be?
Hurry and place your bet! You gonna make a fortune!

What?

You think that the senate hearing is 'STUPID' and isn't enough to make Biden resign?
Bummer, and I thought you were so close.

Guess you'll just have to live the rest of your life as a minority if you can't get the election overturned.
Bummer.

Here's a thought experiment for those with agile minds (you can stop reading here, Frank). Imagine a scenario where it is discovered, one or two years into a Presidency, that a President was fraudulently elected. What do you think the proper recourse for such a finding would be?

Impeachment is the only recourse currently extant.
Obviously, if you have one party that decides they don't care if their president won fraudulently, then that isn't going to accomplish anything. There would be no other legal solution and the population would instead have to decide how extra-legal a solution they were willing to countenance.

Realistically it just means that this thread will keep going for a couple of years instead of dying off on Jan 20.
I'm sure on Parler and Newsmax it will be the talk for a long time, as justification for a coup attempt or to keep the proud boys on the streets regardless of how little they find in all the trucks they run off the road.
And dutch will keep posting manipulated videos, conspiracy theories on affidavits and testimony from the ever declining red hat crowd.

Dutch, why would they find out about the fraud 2 years into the term when they were unable to present any proof of fraud in all of the dozens of "krakens" they did right after the election?

Just playing Devil's Advocate here - or "DA" as they call him in the SDNY.

Miller is not going to be working for Trump for much longer if the election results are undisturbed.

If you are personally acquainted with people who are judges here in Canada (where they all are secure from removal) you'll know that they are, nevertheless, sensitive about public criticism, particularly from the cocktail society they circulate within (who include the press and/or others who lap up their offerings). There aren't many Judges who want to show up at the next celebrity fundraiser and have to brave the whisperings of "he's the one who thought Trump was right!"
I do not believe the chosen one is going away anytime soon unless it is to Attica. he will be running his shadow government out of mar-A-Lago and charging his PAC exorbitant rents. His family and his children's spouses and girlfriends will be on the payroll and I assume that Miller will be as well. If not he will be at some media outlet where unless he is loyal to the soon to be former sore loser on chief he will not be hired. So no I do not agree with you.

And I am friends with a Superior Court Judge and i see a few others socially on occasion. Your experience is obviously different than mine. My friend the judge is only sensitive to criticism that may bring the court of the administration of justice into disrepute. He could care less about personal of himself or his judgments. He is on what is called the Commercial List in Toronto and so the type of criticism of him is somewhat different.

It is not an experiment. There are remedies available to any candidate who challenges an election result. the soon to be former sore loser in chief has availed himself of those remedies and failed. It is time to move on.

By the way what would happen if 2 years into a presidency it turned doubt that he had colluded with Russians to affect the outcome. Should your fearless leader not have been sworn in just in case?

I think his anger over people at HIS resort trying to get rid of him might be worse than his anger that he lost the election.

2 years beyond inauguration? Valcazar thinks the only remedy available would be impeachment, and as we know that remedy could not be applied if the President's party controlled either the House or over 1/3 of the Senate, and was determined to keep him in office.

Have a look at this article: https://fivethirtyeight.com/feature...tion-was-a-fraud-the-constitution-doesnt-say/
