Toronto signs G Aaron Dell to a 1 year, $800K deal.
Decent numbers (not great, but decent) with San Jose.
The signing could be important for a number of reasons, including injury to one of Campbell or Andersen, and to have a goaltender signed, to expose to Seattle in expansion draft.

Good, when drafting at #15, you take the best available player.
He’s a tough cookie and had fought some of the toughest like Reeves. He suffered a freak but very scary head injury while trying to hit Backes of the Bruins. Hope he’s fully recovered.

If Thornton and Simmonds show some legs, they can move them up and down the 3rd/4th line.
