The debt the Liberals inherited was $139 billion...by the time people came to their senses and kicked their asses out, the debt was $338 billion. You conveniently glossed over the fact that in 15 years, they added more debt than was accumulated in Canada's first 130+ years up until Liberals took over in 2003.

As a result, $1 billion per month goes to interest payments on that debt. That's $1 billion that's not going into things like healthcare, education and social services, directly as a result of reckless Liberal spending and boondoggles such as eHealth and cancelled gas plants to name a few.
