No you are wrong...again.
They were always offering a number of free articles. I don't typically read the Star online so it allowed me to view it then. This is because I would have not used up my free article quota.
Gameboy27 may have used up his by the time he tried to access your article so he was promted to buy a subscription as anyone who has used up their free articles would have.

So now you are trying to say that you posted a link to an article that you couldn't even read yourself?
If you were using a login you would have been able to access it.

What exactly were you "getting savvy" with, if you just said that clearing your history didn't work?

You need to keep better track of your lies if you are trying to recreate history.
Epic fail.
Listen, boober you got your panties in a twist and now you are trying desperately to wriggle out of it.
I posted the link that requires you to subscribe just to read it. You could not get that article for free. Try clicking on it and see if you have access to the whole article.
Can you get access without having to subscribe? The answer is a categorical NO!!
I posted that link at that time because I had access to it. Gameboy27 did not as I spelled it out numerous times, and that is why he commented about it. Put on your listening ears for once!!

Give up as you were proved once again to be perpetrator of fake news. When are you going to admit that you got screwed once again?? See that presumption about Gameboy27 is false. Gameboy27 is far more tech savvy than you and would not have made that remark about that article being not available unless one subscribed to the Toronto Star.

You are as stubborn like a 12 year old in a candy store. Just like the time we did the mathematical calculations to prove to you that the 4.4c increment in the gasoline tax will no way raise the cost at the grocery stores by 40%. You just do not have a full pack of cards inscribed in your head. That is because you are just The Conspiracy Theorist of this Forum and The Biggest Liar!!

Proof?
You provided a post by bver that took apart your arguments and now you say that was your proof?
Your lack of self awareness is shocking.
This is like whipping a dead horse. Boober continuously makes up stories and refuses to admit that he was wrong. I asked him to click the link to see if he had access to the article and once again he just did not want to respond to it but keeps going on and on like a broken record!!

It apears that proof means nothing to you, which explains why you refuse to provide it yourself. Both of you have twisted and turned comments and statement so much that you believe you are actually fooling people.
You asked for proof. I provided it several times.
If you're just going to ignore it, that tactic has become predictable and boring.
However, I do consider mission(s) accomplished: I proved you spread fake news, and Bver lies.

Everything else is just you guys trying desperately to distract by refusing to accept responsibiloity for your actions.

That in itself is a testament to your shattered integrity.

I said I was able to get to it at the time. What does that have to do with anything? Obviously I could access it because I didn't use up my free article quota.
If you were able to read it then a) you had cleared your history for the purpose of getting more free articles or b) you were using a prohibited shared account.

So which one was it?

Either way, both are wrong.

Gameboy only asked why people were posting articles that are not free. I don't recall him saying anything else about it. Why are you distracting again and presuming what Gameboy would have said?
Obviously he had used up his free article quota and was being prompted to buy a subscription.
Do you think the Star would say "buy a subscription or keep clearing your history to keep getting free articles"?

What part about not allowed to use a shared account don't you understand?

Where?
The last time you linked to a post by bver that showed all your mistakes, lies and shoddy thinking clearly.
You have no proof, that's been a constant here.

From the posts linked in #544.
#331
In which bver states correctly that clearing history and cookies is not stealing.
#332
Where bver notes that he didn't need to clear cookies or history as he shares an account.
#371
Where bver challenges you to find where the Star's terms of use would state that his acts, as someone who hasn't agreed to those terms, would be 'stealing'.
#386
Where you quote the Star's terms of use while failing to note that they only apply to those who have agreed to them.

So like I said.
You have proven nothing, its all in your head.

Show me when you stated that you could get the link that I posted for free at that time?? What was that Post Number and I would like to see it, okay?? All you did then was to accuse me of being a thief at that time. Otherwise, why did you not say something about, "ohh it is free and you do not need to clear the History"??

I definitely tried it at that time and it was not FREE. Gameboy was right in that respect and you are just bullshitting. But you are the one with that PRESUMPTION that gameboy must have "used his free articles" for that month. What nonsense that is!! Anyway, why can you not get it now, if you click on that link, if you claim that it was free?? I can get access to the recent articles but not articles that were not free at that time. Do not bull shit me that you can get access to that link now. So I am waiting to hear you bullshit again!!

See you just do not put on your listening ears. I at that time had access to my friend's account and that is why I posted that link. It is only when Gameboy mentioned that it was not free did I then advise him to clear the History. But then when I double checked by logging out of that account and trying to access it that I realized that the Toronto Star were no longer offering free articles. See I caught you blatantly lying now!! You are just a Conspiracy Theorist. PERIOD!!

Let's see where should I begin...

For starters, he said he was "getting savvy with it" in reference to clearing history to get access to more free articles. Then he changed his story to using a shared account. So that's lie #1.

He asked me to provide the Terms of Use (which I did) and it clearly states shared accounts are prohibited. He was using a shared account. Whether it's his or not doesn't matter. He's benfitting from it. That's the point. It's a matter of ethics.

Why are you leftists so good at getting someone else to pay for things you want and use?

Articles would be free for someone only if they had a subscription or if they did not use up their free article quota. Is there something that is overly confusing about that for you that causes you to flouder around?

I don't have any more free articles left, so I asked my friend to see if they can access your link and they can. Which means they haven't used up their quota.

The Star has always offered limited free articles.

Are you done scrambling to hide the fact that you were caught in a lie? I've answered the same questions over and over and now I'm thinking you are just buying time to think up of new excuses to hide your guilt.

There were definitely no free articles available at that time. 100% certain of it. Even now though I did access one free article without logging into my account, I definitely could not access that link I posted, if not logged into my friend's account. But I tried accessing an article from yesterday and could do so. Please do not BS me that your friends could, but you could not!!

I will take Gameboy and Pavel's word for it. Just like me the articles were not free then. Obviously, like the Rogers TV, where they as an example, offer you a channel like Sporstnet World for free for a limited time, I expect that The Star will stop offering these free articles after a certain window of time. Again displaying your Conspiracy Theory and making up the real lie that "Your Friends" could access the link I posted, but you "could not"!! That is a real made up LIE. Caught You!!
Bahahahahahahahaha!!

See how Boober makes up a story that his friends could access that Star link that I posted, but he cannot. He is used to making up such lies at the spur of the moment, and no wonder is a Conspiracy Theorist that believes that everyone else does the same. You can put the circumstantial facts together, and yet Boober likes to think that he can get away with his own blatantly lies.

Wanna bet that if I clear my history I will be able to access it?

I know it will work because my friend that I sent that link to doesn't access the Star website enough to use up their quota.

So if you want me to prove it to you so that you can buy more time to come up with more distractions I can. All you have to say is please. I would do that just to prove you wrong...again.

Caught how and for what? All I've managed to do is follow your lies and distractions and call you out on them consistently.

I bet if I clear my history and access the article you will distract again by accusing me of doing what I accused you of doing.

Province scrapping licence plate redesign

The provincial government says it will not continue with the redesign of Ontario licence plates and will return to the white “Yours To Discover” plates.

The blue redesigned plates created by the Ford government, with the slogan “A Place To Grow,” were found to have visibility issues under specific lighting conditions.

The government says the delamination issue that had previously existed with the white plates has been resolved by the manufacturers, and that there is a five-year guarantee on the product.

The province says approximately 145,000 of the new plates were manufactured while they awaited final testing results from our stakeholders.

“At this time, we are exploring all options to use these plates where they would be appropriate for an alternative use, such as trailers or recreational vehicles,” the premier’s office said in a statement.

“In the interim, we will be exhausting all remaining passenger plates that we have in stock, including the existing supply of blue licence plates.”

The government is also asking drivers not to try to exchange their plates at Service Ontario locations because of restrictions put in place for COVID-19.
