Similar factors apply to shooters with more melanin in their skin all the time but these factors are never brought up...gee I wonder why..Of course the fact......
He lost his father at a young age.....
Lost his mom to pneumonia one year ago....
Has no other family who would take him in.....
Previous discipline issues at two schools......
Social issues probably from mental illness, Aspergers perhaps because he did well academically......
Also at the age where worse mental can manifest....
Easy access to guns in the home......
But the hat.....well that's the biggest contributing factor in this.....
The one common denominator in all of the mass shootings is that the vast majority were being "treated" for mental/psychiatric issues. The media screams gun control. If you look at the side effects of the pills they are "treated "with is violence, suicide ectOf course the fact......

Very true! The one common denominator in all of the mass shootings is that the vast majority were being "treated" for mental/psychiatric issues. The media screams gun control. If you look at the side effects of the pills they are "treated "with is violence, suicide ect
So lets have "car control" because of drunk drivers.
Coincidence that they were all taking pills?
Not at all. The Pulse nightclub shooting I was quite clear, as were many others about mitigating factors.Similar factors apply to shooters with more melanin in their skin all the time but these factors are never brought up...gee I wonder why..
The alt righties on this MB will soon let you know...Similar factors apply to shooters with more melanin in their skin all the time but these factors are never brought up...gee I wonder why..
Um. I'm not sure how to respond to this. Are you insinuating it's the medication and not the mental illness being treated as the main cause? The one common denominator in all of the mass shootings is that the vast majority were being "treated" for mental/psychiatric issues. The media screams gun control. If you look at the side effects of the pills they are "treated "with is violence, suicide ect

Great......another one wants a cracker......The alt righties on this MB will soon let you know...
I think both are contributing factors.Um. I'm not sure how to respond to this. Are you insinuating it's the medication and not the mental illness being treated as the main cause?
Are you the 'cracker' you speak of? I was polite and said alt righties. Not crackers. :encouragement:Great......another one wants a cracker......
Oh I think you know I'm not an alt right type. My previous post on the Pulse shooting shows that. Are you the 'cracker' you speak of? I was polite and said alt righties. Not crackers. :encouragement:
But I guess a hit dog will always holler...or as we say in the shitehole I originated from - "throw stone in a hog pen. who bawl first, get lick."
Don't you look like a donkey's rectum. One billion people attended Tumpo's inauguration.I saw a pic of him on twitter he looks cold. Was wearing some sort of Communist shirt. Possibly with ties to ANTIFA.
Old NRA statement after Sandy Hook, some don't understand sarcasm.Being this stupid should be illegal

They have some of these gun controls already. In many States they do background checks, and if you're a convicted felon you cannot legally purchase a firearm. There are also cooling off periods. Not sure if this is the route you intended with your post, but there IS car control: it’s called a license. In order to get this license you have to pass a live test with a live human examiner reviewing your competence behind the wheel. If, after acquiring your license, you are convicted of a serious driving offense the licensing authority can suspend your LEGAL right to drive. There are State level databases which hold all the licensing information, including description, current address etc. Other States, or Federal authorities can access this data with minimal delay.
I am not a gun control advocate not because of ideological reasons but because I’m a pragmatist. Banning guns, or certain types of weapons won’t eliminate a problem because there are ways around restrictions on certain weapons (plus any half decent machinist can easily fabricate modifications). However, I firmly believe that licensing should be tougher and testing and background checks should be more stringent and Nationally standardized. So definitely bring “car control” like regulations to gun purchases. Why? Number one is safety. But a close second is to make it harder for borderline personality types to legally purchase a weapon. Side note: I’d also advocate to only allow guns to be sold at specialized gun stores (IN store) where staff are familiar with weapons and won’t be afraid to refuse a sale. It’s too easy to walk into a Walmart, speak to some smiling part-timer, and walk out with a weapon. Buying a gun shouldn’t be as easy as buying a toaster, and there should be a bit of an intimidation factor where you are being sized up by the person behind the counter.
BTW, none of these suggestions would impact any Second Amendment rights or rights to purchase any type of weapon - they would just ensure that there are more steps and checks before being able to legally acquire a weapon
No State has any licensing requirement close to what it takes to drive a vehicle. And it should be standardized. In my opinion, #1 reason is for safety since I am convinced that the majority of gun owners do not know enough about safe handling of their weapon. Criminals will always be able to acquire a weapon. But psycho’s and borderline personality types may have more difficulty getting a weapon and ammunition illegally simply because of their affliction. And why make it easy to do it legally? Also ideally (which would admittedly be difficult to implement) there should be red flags that will pop up on background checks if a person is under psychiatric care, was convicted of domestic abuse, etc. They have some of these gun controls already. In many States they do background checks, and if you're a convicted felon you cannot legally purchase a firearm. There are also cooling off periods.
Of course this doesnt stop criminals from owning guns
Yeah, and where do you draw the line?? Do bipolar people not get to own guns??But psycho’s and borderline personality types may have more difficulty getting a weapon and ammunition illegally simply because of their affliction
