You raise a good point. We don't know what happened between the outed client and the SP nor between the SP and Jillian. While I (and that's a big I), think I wouldn't have an issue, the "goodness" of a client is based on the SP's opinion. The "reality" of what happened is based on her report to her agency.
I totally agree with the fact that I don't really have anything to worry about and no decent respectable guy should. But for every 99 ladies that are rational, there's 1 that's irrational and what's a non-issue for most is THE issue for her. I think most guys here that are worried are more likely worried about something happening when they encounter this 1 SP versus being concerned about being outed for bad behavior because most guys on here (I believe) are decent and respectable. But once in a while a misunderstanding does occur.
We also don't know what exactly the outed client's bad rep was over (at least I missed that point). Having a rep could mean lots of different things, some of them are not as bad as others. So yes of course if he was known to be violent and Jillian set him up with the SP knowing he was violent that is terribly wrong.
We also don't know if the SP was given a heads up about the client. E.g. "Hey just so you know he threatens bad reviews on terb"
But understandably for some people, knowing that a person was outed is enough for them (and that's fine).
