Really? When did the Palestinian leadership (especially Hamas) agree that Israel has a right to exist?

Considering Hamas' new PC charter still says they will accept nothing less that Israel' destruction shows you are full of shit.
The new charter changed that, though their new leader keeps saying contradictory things (sort of like Netanyahu and the Likud party charter).
I do find it funny that you think the thing holding back peace is whether the side held down by nukes, missiles and drones has to say nice things about Israel like they 'recognize' it, whatever that's supposed to mean.

Sort of like saying that the US won't stop bombing countries until they 'recognize' the US.

Its just yet another excuse to continue the 'no-state' apartheid system you prefer.

The new charter changed that, ...
The new charter explicitly DOES NOT change that. I quoted it before and I know you will ignore it but here it is again.

Palestine, with its historical known borders from Jordan’s river in the east to the mediterranean sea in the west, from Ras Al Nakora in the north to Om Al Rashrash in the south, this land is Palestinian and a united regional unit. Displacing Palestinians and creating a Zionist entity does not cancel the right of Palestinians to their entire land, and does not validate the Zionist entity to violate this land.

We do not recognize the Zionist state. All shapes of occupation, settlements, Judaization and the forgery of truth are illegal. These rights do not dissolve with time.
We do not leave any part of the Palestinian’s land, under any circumstances, conditions or pressure, as long as the occupation remains. Hamas refuses any alternative which is not the whole liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea. And the creation of the Palestinian independent state with its sovereignty, with Jerusalem as its capital, on the borders of the 4th of June 1967, with the return of the refugees to their homes from where they were displaced is a common national consensual formula, and it does not mean the recognition of the Zionist state or the surrendering of Palestinian rights.

Hamas confirms that no peace in Palestine should be agreed on, based on injustice to the Palestinians or their land. Any arrangements based on that will not lead to peace, and the resistance and Jihad will remain as a legal right, a project and an honor for all our nations’ people.

Sounds like they want all the land (as does Likud and most Israeli politicians) but are willing to settle on the 'consensus' 1967 borders.

Israel should really take up that offer before the ICC steps in and the world declares Israel apartheid.

Personally, I think its too late, the same way you keep telling us its Hamas' fault for the occupation and the 1948 war and pretty much everything since.
You're too busy demonizing Palestinians and are missing the very last opportunity.
So sad.

Sounds like exactly what I stated; Hamas refuses to accept the concept of peace despite your attempts to whitewash a terror group.
Sounds like exactly what I stated.
They are exactly like Likud.

Except you love one and hate the other.

Just hold them both to the law.

Your denials are hilarious. Hamas is a terror entity. Hamas rejects the concept of peace. Hamas celebrates terrorism instead of prosecuting it. Your calls for equal treatment are a joke for two reasons. The first and most obvious is that you have consistently denied that Hamas is guilty of anything so your calls to prosecute them are obviously lies. Second is that Israel is far superior to Hamas in almost every way including the fact that instead of celebrating attacks like Hamas and the PA, they do prosecute Israelis for attacks on Palestinian civilians.

And your continued posting in this thread is also asinine. A terrorist group builds a tunnel to attack Israel and you complain that Israel dared to stop them.

You argue like a hasbara troll, you have no interest in the truth or justice, all you can do is yell 'terrorist' loudly over and over again.

I fully support holding both sides to the law, to charges as detailed by the UN, HRW and Amnesty.
That sir, is unbiased support for the law.
Supporting the work of human rights organizations and the application of the law to both sides.

Why do you have to yell 'Hamas', 'terrorists' and 'Palestinians' over and over again and why do you refuse to hold both sides up to the law?

Its you that is the racist and biased one here.

You argue like a....
Canada, the EU, the US, and numerous other democratic countries consider PIJ a terrorist group. They admit the tunnel was meant to attack Israelis. They were therefore a completely valid target. I guess in your mind, Canada is racist for calling Hamas and PIJ terrorist groups.

And your both sides" argument is a disaster considering the thousands of posts where you pretended Hamas and Palestinians in general have done nothing wrong.

Hamas and Palestinians have committed war crimes, as detailed by the UN, Amnesty and HRW.
As has Israel.

You say you back human rights and the work of the UN, HRW et al but you refuse to back a call for justice to be applied to both sides.
The only one supporting war crimes and apartheid here is you.

Then why have you have spent thousands of posts denying Hamas has done anything wrong?

p.s. here's another Hamas terrorist, convicted by Israel but the Palestinians will be paying a large salary to him but I'm sure you'll both justify his actions, deny he did anything, and deny there was anything wrong with what he did.

Thanks, that's a great example of the differences here.

You need to go back to a crime that happened in 2015 and still can't find anything like the weekly report of atrocities that Israel inflicts on Palestinians.

2 Palestinian civilians were wounded in the Gaza Strip.
Israeli forces continued to target the Palestinian fishermen in the Gaza Strip Sea.
3 fishermen, including 2 brothers, were wounded and then arrested.
Their boat was confiscated while another boat sustained damage.
Israeli forces conducted 68 incursions into Palestinian communities in the West Bank and 7 similar incursions in Jerusalem.
67 civilians, including 4 children and 7 women, were arrested.
13 of them, including 3 children and 6 women, were arrested in Jerusalem and its suburbs.
Israeli forces continue to target the border areas in the Gaza Strip, but no casualties were reported.
Israeli authorities continue to make a Jewish majority in occupied East Jerusalem.
Israeli forces raided “Zahwet al-Quds” Kindergarten and School in Beit Hanina neighbourhood and confiscated its contents.
Israeli forces continue settlement activities in the West Bank
Israeli forces demolished 3 houses in al- Jiftlik area, north of Jericho, rendering 34 persons, including 18 children, homeless.
Israeli forces demolished an under-construction agricultural room in Froush Beit Dajen village, east of Nablus.
A settler attacked a Palestinian civilian from Tubas in the Northern Valley.
Israeli forces turned the West Bank into cantons and continued to impose the illegal closure on the Gaza Strip for the 10th
Dozens of temporary checkpoints were established in the West Bank and others were re-established to obstruct the movement of Palestinian civilians.
6 Palestinian civilians, including 2 children, were arrested at the checkpoints in the West Bank.
A Palestinian civilian was arrested at Beit Hanoun “Erez” Checkpoint in the northern Gaza Strip.

Time to bring in the ICC and end apartheid.

What a surprise. You once again look for excuses not to criticize Hamas.

We have a Hamas member who committed multiple shootings at civilians (and soldiers) who will be paid a salary by the PA and you only have excuses to avoid criticism.

Unless you actually hold Palestinians accountable when they do bad things, your "both sides" claims are pure bullshit.

Typical, lying about what I said.
I said:

Hold both sides to the law.
Time to bring in the ICC and end apartheid.

The Hamas shooter is in jail with a sentence as he should be.
Now its time for the law to be applied to both sides equally.

Time to end apartheid.

Your post and your posting history is clear. Just like in that post, instead of criticizing Hamas for things like shooting at civilians, you make excuses.

It is pretty clear you say charge them both becaus eyou don't think Hamas or the Palestinians are capable of doing anything wrong.

The Hamas shooter is in jail with a sentence as he should be.
And when will Hamas (or even the PA) start arresting terrorists? Why does Hamas still celebrate actions like that guys? Why do the PA continue to pay salaries to convicted terrorists like that guy?

You continue to promote hasbara troll propaganda, almost all of that is fake.

I fully support the findings and charges from the UN, HRW and Amnesty reports and support investigations and charges on both sides for all war crimes they find.
Those organizations have found considerable wrongdoing from both sides.

Are you going to continue your posting history and make excuses for Israeli war crimes, refuse to criticize them and claim they did nothing wrong?
You claim to support the findings of those organizations but you only ever support their findings on Palestinians, not Israeli wrongdoing.

Charge both sides.

You continue to promote hasbara troll propaganda,...
Your only response is to pull a Trump and cry 'fake news'? Hamas celebrating terror attacks is well documented. The PA/PLO paying salaries for convicted terrorists is well documented. I can't find any documented cases of Hamas prosecuting Hamas members for terrorism.

Better a 'hasbra troll' than a Hamas terrorism promoter.

The UN, HRW and Amnesty also say that Israel fails to investigate themselves.
The only way for you to stop supporting apartheid and Israeli terrorism is for you to join a call for equal rights and the application of law to both sides.

They say that Israel doesn't do enough to prosecute. In a world of grey, somewhat successful investigations are far better than celebration of and paying salaries to award attacks on civilians.

As usual you are happy to criticize Israel for it's flaws while refusing to criticize far worse issues among the Palestinian leadership.

Same criticism as they lie on Hamas, yet you, like Trump supporters, only register the complaint on Palestinians.
Biased much?

Wow. Hamas openly celebrates attacks on civilians and repeatedly calls for more but you are afraid to admit that Hamas celebrations are far worse than the sometimes flawed Israeli investigations.
