Yeah, no.

Sorry Doctor Ak.

Shi Davidi ‏@ShiDavidi

Good news about fan in stands, he fainted, is alert and stable, being taken to hospital for precautionary reasons.
I didnt say it WAS a heart attack, I said it LOOKED like one.

Reminds me of John McSherry back in1996. I was watching that game live

I never claimed you said it was a heart attack.
You weren't the only one watching the game in 1996 where John McSherry had a heart attack and passed away later that afternoon.

Indeed, Reds (home opener) vs Les Expos.
Game was postponed, I remember Marge Schott (sp?) making some stupid comment (no shock there).

congrats to Mr. Gibbons for leading his team to victory tonight. Yes, it was expos at Cincinnati after the top of first inning. My office had a small black and white and no cable - me and my co-worker were big fans. Yes, Marge thought the other umpires should just carry on (they were in tears).

Used to be a lot of fat umpires....some pretty good, some not so good.....Bruce Froemming, Eric Gregg and others

Gibby doing a lot of spitting tonight and leaning on the rail at the top of the dugout steps. He's changed his approach - and it's working!! :thumb:

I think Mr. Gibbons is going to ask the league that all dugouts be like the Rogers Centre to relieve the strain of leaning and spitting in those other dugouts. I don't think there has ever been a team that needed managerial leadership less than the Jays.

Even when he wins Gibby cant win.

I noticed the chant of USA, USA during the game, that's stupid. Xenophobia is for losers. If Yanks fan persist with that chant, they can watch their team be swept.

Not that I'm predicting or expecting it but a sweep of today's doubleheader would bring the "number" down to 17.

Just sayin'.

I appreciate the regular updates. A manager's physical movements in the dugout can never be considered insignificant.

Jays down 2-1 early. Tulo out of the game with some kind of injury. This is the only issue I have with Tulo going forward is he gets hurt every year. He hasn't appeared in over 150 games in a season since 2009.
