Are the Toronto police fleeing in the face of the enemy?

See, it's not gangsta culture that is promoting snitch=stitch culture. It's the cops that are putting out all sorts of media telling kids not to report crimes.
yes you are slow just like the rest of your friends. when bad cops assault citizens how many "good" cops testify that the a cop was being criminal. hardly ever and if it does happen they are ostracized. they would rather have their blue brothers drive drunk than get them off the street to make things safer. so yes they set the example.

he has said this. he can say this and still exercise his rights. but you arent very smart to understand that
No he really hasn't. He is trying to sit on the fence. An innocent person was killed at an event with his name on it. It took him days to comment and then it was a wishy washy thing at best. He has done and said nothing about it.

Sure he has the right not to comment. And the citizens of this city have the right to say fine, then we won't support your business ventures, partnerships, sales, and other things if you won't speak out about violence when it occurs in your backyard.

He want s the fame and the benefits. He takes the blame and the consequences when it goes wrong.

it is not his job to say anything about anything. he is not the police. why arent you asking how can a shooter get away @ a venue crawling with police? oh right you are thick in the skull, thats why.

dude goes against his lawyers advice on not saying anything and gives his condolences but that isnt enough for the fools @ terb.

watch out! the morons at terb who dont even support drake in the first place are going to boycott him because he didnt put on his cape to fight crime!

lmao fail.

is that so??? LMAO

I'm going to give you a little tip. People who use an occasional spelling error as a way to deflect from what has become a losing argument are respected even less than if they can't make their point.

If that's all you have left then I've won. The only thing left is to go with Godwin's law of the internet at this point. You really don't have anything else.

Quite simply you can't decry the culture of silence with cops(which I agree is wrong) and defend the no snitch culture of Rap/Hip Hip. It's the exact same thing. The use of intimidation to bully silence.

Bullies are cockroaches. Turn on the light and expose them they don't fight back. They scurry for cover and pray they aren't stepped on.

So make your choice. Is it ethically wrong not to assist and or use whatever legal means available to bring murderers to justice, or better to remain silent. Because that is the question you don't want to answer.

Babypowder has really nothing to say other than hurling insults at everyone else who knows better. "Idiots", "morons", "really stupid"

Over and over like a broken record.

I suppose if you judge our education system based on the ability to read and write, it's a success, but if you're looking for critical thinking, it's an abject failure

lmao

Although, I'd dare say that even reading and writing is questionable from what I heard. I heard a few years ago from a shop owner (whose daughter-in-law is a HS teacher), they can't even sign their names? WTF?
They're also told to print, no more cursive, that's gone.

Yep. Way more cases of cops killing people that no one reports on than there are gangbanger killings where they expect silence.

the no snitching culture is from the police force. they are setting the example. and this has absolutely nothing to do with that in the first place. but again you cant expect too much from simple minded terdbites

this fool is looking for a scapegoat.

70+ security let guns in the venue?

more than a dozen cops let the shooter get away?

Lets blame a genre of music instead.

how butlers brain "works"

but if you're looking for critical thinking, it's an abject failure
with kirk being the poster boy for this. i hope your mom is proud
