Nowadays, most employers do Social Media lookups on applicants. Just think, for the rest of time when you do a Google search on Shawn Simoes, guess what you're gonna find? How many employers, beside Hustler or Playboy, are gonna see that and go, "ooh yes, we've got to have this guy on the payroll"?

I think the guy's actions were certainly not appropriate in any way, but I don't think he should be fired. For me it is a matter of principle. HG Welles in his novel 1984 claimed "Big Brother is watching" and for the longest time I kept wondering WHO Big Brother actually was. After this incident I now have the answer. It is our employers.
