i have recently started to see Sp's previously only going to see MPA's.

i am measuring my level of addiction to this hobby in how often i go. between my 1st encounter and 2nd, it was 3 months. 2nd and 3rd, it was 1 month and each visit thereafter the gap came down to where i can see myself going once a week. that's my budget limit but am concerned that i could end up going every other day!!

but, i have noticed that regardless of how often i visit a girl, i am on TERB everyday, 3 or 4 times a day!!!!!
in the lounge, to see if there are any interesting threads. then escort providers to see if any new girls or who is on today. then indies to see if there are any new girls there. then the reviews. then the MPA reviews, even though i hardly go to MPA's anymore.

so even though i might not be going to see a girl for a week or two, i go through the process of seeing what is on offer today. why do i do that?????????????

I hardly see sp's maybe once every 2 months (my regulars). I visit mp's (my regulars) about twice a month if that. But for some reason I'm always on terb. About 2 months ago I got fed up reading all the bickering that went on in the Lounge and I (tried) to quit terb cold turkey. It lasted only 3 weeks.

Don't get me wrong I like reading all the post's regarding good and bad experiences seeing sp/mp's but the Lounge part of terb drives me nuts sometimes. A post might start off interesting with some good contributors and great potential but sooner or later the usual assholes/ instigators show up and ruin it. The post ends up being some petty bickering war between the few resident terb morons. The same goof's that always wreck the threads.

I know. I should limit my time in the Lounge:frusty:

i was at a social gathering the other day and found myself saying to a group of people "so, what is the dumbest thing you have ever done?" followed by "have you ever had a bad boss?" realizing that these were conversation pieces i got from the lounge!!

I give myself a set budget for hobbying each year. When I hit that limit I stop. Cold turkey.

So, is it or is it not an addiction? I believe it is.. A few months ago I was going crazy with this, almost three times a week
and 3/4 of the encounters were not that memorable. I think alot of this has to do with reading the overwhelming reviews also coupled
with the pics. So I decided to keep it down to a select few escorts that I enjoy being with and keep my encounters down to one every week or two.
I am definitely enjoying myself, more this way.

I am not sure that any genuine hobbyist is in the 30,000+ club. It seems to me that all of the high post count guys are not hobbyists. I cannot for the life of me imagine coming here if I did not see escorts. I wonder why these guys picked an escort site as opposed to, say, aquariums, macramé, knitting forums?

Its internet addiction. It can happen on any forum. But its stranger for Lurkers because someone who posts will be more inclined to see the rebuttals to his post. Lurkers who are addicted to reading others posts make no sense to me.

I see sp's but never post reviews or read them I tend to spend spend more time in the lounge. I guess its full of similar minded torontonians talking about the city and other topics.
