What a heartbreaking and heartfelt post. I wish you no pain and if possible a miracle. I know the pain of being outed to a family member by an angry person and nothing is more painful. This is very sad indeed. Cancer is a devastating opponent. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
As for your family all I will say is this. Love is unconditional, no matter what they know and think about your past they love you just the same. And what they will remember more is that you fought your disease with courage and that you died with dignity.

I take solace in the belief that those who do harm to others out of sheer spite will one day eventually have to atone for their actions.
Although I only met you once i could tell how wonderful you are. I hope the pain subsides and you have the comfort you need. You will be in my thoughts.
