reading this post has tears streaming down my eyes. I never met you but judging by the brave ry of your post, I'm sure you have impacted the lives of many people who will never forget you and will be forever thankful for the precious time they were blessed to spend with you. No matter how your family handles the fact that a former client disclosed your line of work (not going to get into what I think that person) I can without hesitation tell you that I probably wouldn't be here today if it weren't for SP's like you.

I agree with fuji, I hope you can find peace within yourself,it is what you think of yourself that matters most. I don't know you,however by reading the posts of others you are an amazing women and have made a positive impact in alot of peoples lives .You have made them happy. I know several of you have sent me messages and emails and I am sure text messages as well. I had hoped that I would be able to win my fight to stay alive. I'm sitting here in bed a broken woman. My once beautiful hair has vanished, my curves having been eroded to the point where I now weigh less than 100lbs, and every day being worse than the last. I am told I have weeks to live and my heart is broken as an angry past client revealed my past work to my family. On the bright side, I can pass away in peace, I can hold my head high that I fought as hard as I could.

Unfortunately we never met in person (though we've shared a mutual female friend).

So many will state things such as "She was too young", "She never had a chance to really live", etc. In some ways this is correct, and yet in others it fails to take into consideration one incredible fact of your life:

Through being a SP you have inadvertently lived a multitude of experiences, and touched more lives than most others do in their day to day lives. A piece of our souls is taken along their journey in life (just as a piece of theirs is carried within us).

It may seem like a wild and crazy thing but I am going to ask if you had/have a bucket list? I saw something a week ago about others fulfilling the list and something tells me the members of terb would be very willing to help if you would allow us to do so.

Cancer can be a very unpredictable disease. According to her doctors, Valerie Harper should have died months/years ago but she is still alive to-day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valerie_Harper As long as there is life, there is still hope.

Oh my God... This thread really made me think. Made me think about my life in perspective with what's important (which I'm now confused about).

Monique, I never met you but am broken hearted to read this. Wish there was something I could do and I'm hoping that a great stroke of luck intervenes. From me and all those that have posted here, I appreciate your courage and offer this place as a safe one for you. Don't dwell on those who aim to bring you further pain by making this time any more difficult than it has to be, and keep that head as high as possible now and forever. Although many of us are those you may not know, know that here, many are thinking about you and wishing/hoping/praying that you are here tomorrow; everyday.

Not sure about the rest of you, but I'll take the world (for better or worse) with everyone that is currently here; and there's room for more.
