This Bill still goes after Street Walkers who are soliciting in public near a mall or a school or a playground.

I guess the new protocol when you arrive at the incall or wherever is that before money is exchanged or even mentioned the escort is going to have to grab your dick to let you know she is not a cop.

No, unless they a find a way to have a website to advertise companionship or dating services without the "BBBJ, PSE, CIM". They can't advertise selling sexual services on a website but there are ways around that.

Going to say "Are you a cop?" More often. Ladies get ready to be paid after the session is over. However, I will probably stick to trusted Indies and Agencies as I often repeat with my ATFs.
The SCC problem will be that it might take years to get there and meanwhile the new laws are in place.

It does not. You don't get off of drug trafficking charges by claiming to be a vendor of journeys to the inner mind and psyche.
Terb is forum and it would be against freedom of speech to shut it down. Nothing in the bill that say anything about forums like terb. Just can't advertise selling sell, so the Indys and agencies now advertise dating and companion services without the "BBBJ, CIM,etc." Guess we'll have to wright discrete dating reviews like "Sally and I went to Earls for some cocktails and then a movie and back to Sally's place for some desert. Truly had a wonderful with Sally and enjoyed her companionship. PM me if you have any questions".
