Funny...I asked 2 questions in the post you quoted and you didn't answer them...but here you are saying I don't answer questions. Nice.
Also funny...you say I repeat myself but you repeated yourself in your post..."no business like sports". So are you the kettle or the pot? I'm losing track.
Raps, Leafs...it's all MLSE...try to follow the program here and not get lost in the minor details. Big picture remember.
Find one question I have "refused to answer please".
Business is business.
You can fool yourself and say there is no business like sports (you repeated yourself with that statement remember)...but the essence of any business is the same: sell a product or service and make money.
Example: There are people out there that prefer one brand of automobile to another. Reasons such as brand, heritage, performance, price, value, etc etc. If your preferred brand of automobile suddenly didn't perform as well year after year, yet became more and more expensive, chances are you would switch to another brand that offers more value or you would tell them that you refuse to buy another car from them until the product improves. Eventually that company would either have to make improvements to its product (ie quality, price, value, etc) or fold.
If a movie franchise you loved started making crappy movies, people would stop paying to watch the sequels.
If your favourite pizza joint started letting the quality of their pizza slide, you would stop ordering from there.
So when it comes to MLSE, you are paying to watch a product that has essentially been substandard for decades yet has become more and more expensive to watch.
A business man would see this as a bad investment.
A fan would see this as supporting his team no matter what.
Are you a fan or a business man? Pick one.
Picking both is a contradiction in itself.
