Del Rosario showed great potential a few years ago but a terrible car accident and then a rib injury derailed his career.

He was back to training and looking forward to resurrecting his career when this terrible tragedy took his life.

I read that he is on life support, with no brain function. The family is deciding whether or not to take him off of life support today.

There have been 3 deaths due to MMA fighting, although none have died in the UFC as rules changed, but sadly we may have our first one now.

We already have it, it's called NHL hockey. The stuff the league is letting go and not acting to protect the players is disgusting.

I wonder if this is going to reignite the abuse of PED's issue in MMA. Victor Conte said that he believes that around 50 percent of the fighters are on something and that there isn't sufficient testing done to ensure that sports in general is clean.

Doctors believe he may suffer from a rare condition called Long QT Syndrome which is a genetic anomaly that can cause a sudden and life threatening heart rhythm abnormality, and may result in sudden death. Tragically, it strikes healthy young people and often is the first and only presentation of a heart problem."

I understand that. But I still think it will stir up the whole PED's issue and whether he was on them or not.
