But removing a democratically elected mayor requires due process.
And due process requires 100% legality.
Due process in this case means changing the rules to allow mayors to be turfed or sending him to jail. If Wynne turfs him, that is due process.

Did due process take out 3 Mayor in Montreal + Laval this year? They were not convicted (yet). In politics the drip drip drip of character erodes your ability to function. I expect council to simply work around him, defeat all his motions, strip any powers they can and reduce him to one more at large councillor.
