But the two videos the judge has reported on are those we think that are being used as evidence in the Lisi extortion charges, correct?
That doesn't mean that they didn't come across other videos in their raids of phones and computers that are unrelated to Lisi's charges.

There is and has always been just one short video clip of the Mayor smoking something out of a pipe at a private social gathering in his personal life; and unless Toronto Police Chief Blair has changed his position from that he's seen the video tapes and there was nothing on them that warranted any criminal charges against Mayor Ford, then that would leave whatever else the Crown has for prosecution. I haven't heard anything about wiretaps. I wonder if this is an accurate and reasonable view to hold at this time on this case...?
