Well Perry I think that the fans saw a few months ago that this team isn't what it was cracked up to be but they are still coming out.Well, the reason attendance is up is because we believed all the hype that we did have a contending team!
Had we believed the team would be the same-old-same-old, I think attendence would have decreased.

For what possible purpose?I still cannot believe that the Jays were favored to win a World Series this year (2013).
They need to bring back Roberto Alomar, Kelly Gruber, Joe Carter, and Cito Gaston!
To be fair, U999 is a little rusty after sitting on the TERB shelf for four years. For what possible purpose?
By the way, Gaston & Alomar are employees of the Toronto Blue Jays.
What 'quality' pitching do you think you're going to get for Cabrera?I'd move ......Cabrera in a heartbeat for some quality starting pitching
For the opposing team?Romero is back. Pitching worries are over.
Damn! There goes the pennant run!!Jose Bautista shut down for the season ... Is this an annual September tradition ?
We had this debate earlier in the season. Many TERBIes believe that baseball is a dangerous high risk sport.Jose Bautista shut down for the season ... Is this an annual September tradition ?
Yes, last night's game shows how the manager influences results. I guess he was more interested in how the pitcher would perform than winning the game.thank god or whoever that we have the genius Gibbons for next year....so he can switch pitchers in middle of innings..take out somewhat experienced for not experienced....have a pitcher hit for himself and then take him out of game any way. Small mercy were not in national league cuz figuring out pinch hitting and double switching might take a couple seasons. And now he should let these guys work out of innings regardless of matchups, Also I wonder if Goins was in double play position, he might have turned that ball ....
This is not fair to the other teams, especially the contending teams. The Jays have an obligation to try to win all their remaining games.more interested in how the pitcher would perform than winning the game.
Right, no one made any of those claims, clear proof you're memory is failing. Remember, first the hands, and then the mind.We had this debate earlier in the season. Many TERBIes believe that baseball is a dangerous high risk sport.
1) Running to 1B -- high risk of injury.
2) Sliding into 2B --- high risk of injury.
3) Bending over to pick up balls at 3B -- high risk of injury.
4) Swinging a bat --- high risk of injury.
5) Celebrating a HR ---- high risk of injury.
