Maybe if the SP won't barter with you, another member might (e.g. I just fired my cleaning lady, so if you want to come clean my place every week, I will pay for a one hour session with an SP every month).

I guess you can barter with drugs. If you don't have drugs, then toonies or loonies. Just as long as you have at least 100 of them.

Oh yea I tried bartering once and got screwed out of my end of our deal. I painted this sp's 3 bedrooms for discounts on her services. When it came time to collect she keeped putting me off with one excuss or another. She wouldn't show up at her place etc. I finelly gave up. I found out later that she wasn't a very reputable sp to begin with so I didnt miss out on much. Next time Ill get part payment up front........

Most MPAs and SPs can clear at least 100gs a year CASH. Why would an SP need to barter? Some even make more money than doctors and lawyers. With their short career, as long as they don't get scammed, or fall into drug trap, they can retire at a very early age. Why do you think some SPs have multiple homes? They can buy them of course.
There was a thread just a week or so ago by an SP that wanted to barter for computer geek services. I wonder if that went well?

you know what, if you want to barter then go ahead and try. Power to you if you are able to strike a deal with the SP/MPA/SC for an exchange of services/products. Don't listen to the guys on here bashing you, use your own instincts and remember that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take (Wayne Gretzky).
