I love it when your own sources refute you. The UN did not create Israel, as the resolution you just referenced says that was done by the United Kingdom, with the UN providing nothing more than advice. The UK was the sovereign power with authority over the territory that became Israel, and made Israel an independent and sovereign nation. Israel itself then self-asserted its sovereignty, and has re-asserted that sovereignty every time it has elected a government that represents the people living within its borders.
The only power on earth currently authorized to rezone Israel's borders is Israel itself.
Your notion that the UN is some sort of all powerful world daddy that can overturn sovereign authorities just by issuing resolutions makes you a laughing stock.
