They went higher than Toronto about 2-3 weeks after it. Thats what some of the house parties were about and then it spreads to households.

Stop it. Its a factor. Not the sole reason. But a factor.
So why is it you can't identify this spike on the actual data from peel?

Are you still intentionally avoiding the fact that almost all covid spread is done in water droplets much larger than 0.3 microns?
Majority of science is claiming aerosol is most common transmission

If it was droplets your masks would actually be doing something to reduce rates

Here you go, your definition
.
Right?

Therefore people who are locking down, enforcing lockdowns, promoting lockdowns, ignoring all health issues from COVID lockdowns, (other than COVID infection), are by your definition ignoring all the health advice I've quoted above relating to about COVID-19.

What am I missing here?
Science?

No in summer he REQUIRED MANDATORY masks
In winter he SUGGESTS / REQUESTS people to wear masks

Both sources are quoted above clear as day if you care to read. Or can you not differentiate between mandatory and suggested?
In Summer, he wanted states to mandate masks. States are the one with the power. As far as I'm aware, the president doesn't have the authority to create a national mask mandate without some kind of emergency law that would have to pass both chambers.

...

That is exactly what I said in first post
He *wanted* it and the Dems told him he can't do it so he changed his position

Go back and look....

(then a few blockheads jumped in claiming it was wrong and nothing had changed)

Just got back from a trip in the southern states & must say I'm a little shocked how many people don't wear masks. I don't wear it pumping gas or in a parking lot or outside away from people but ffs how hard is it to wear it when your in a store or public place with others around. Argue all you want about the effectiveness percentage of them but the Chinese figured it out over a 100 fucking years ago with their plague that it saves lives! Don't be a cry baby it's not like their telling everyone to wear a gas mask ffs

You have absolutely zero idea what you are talking about. You are differentiating how an aerosol works versus droplets.

Do you even know what the difference is? NOTHING.

An aerosol is comprised of droplets.

An aerosol is a suspension of fine solid particles or liquid droplets in air or another gas. (Definitions from Oxford Languages)

You yap a lot but you have to be one of the least informed posters here.

Refute my point. Aerosol is made up of droplets and you want to say that a mask will stop droplets but not aerosol.

What are you talking about. They have been either near equal or exceeding Toronto with 1/3 the population for weeks now. Per the day news.

Are they reporting wrong?

Stop politicizing it. Its a factor. So was TG. SO was school openings. Don't be stupid

Masks prevent large droplets
Aerosols are fine droplets (I would have said "small" but so as not to confuse you am using your definitions)
Therefore masks have very little effect (if any) on preventing spread of Covid

Even the distancing nonsense has about as much effect as trying to stand an extra 10 feet away from a car
You STILL breath in the exhaust
THAT is how an aerosol works

Contrast the emissions of a car vs when you sneeze
Liquid droplets are not even remotely same size and one (the emission) stays airborne much longer time

"The principal mode by which people are infected with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) is through exposure to respiratory droplets carrying infectious virus."

So masks are very effective at saving lives.

Obviously the further away you are, the better. Sticking your mouth over the exhaust hole would be the worst position ;

Moreover, infected people releasing virus do not release nearly as much as a car pumping out exhaust fumes.

Furthermore, if the infected person is wearing a mask his mask is trapping many virus aerosols.

Also, in such a case, his mask is redirecting many of particles away from the direction of a person he is facing. Aerosols are directed downwards to the ground & in other directions.

And when those uninfected people around the infected mask wearer are also wearing masks, their masks give them another layer or level of protection.

Contrast the emissions of a car vs when you sneeze
Liquid droplets are not even remotely same size and one (the emission) stays airborne much longer time
See above.

The longer aerosols stay airborne, the weaker the virus in them becomes.

Now you are changing your tune as before you were saying that aerosol and droplets are different. LOL Your quote was clearly way off base and shows you have no idea what you're talking about.

If it was droplets.......

Meaning, if it was droplets instead of aerosol... This is an impossibility since you now agree that an aerosol is comprised of droplets. It's not either/or.

Next. Please tell us when a person talks what percentage of the droplets are large and what percentage are small? And what size are the small droplets? You are claiming that the vast majority are small/fine as well as small enough to pass through the mask. Please provide data to support these assumptions. I believe that you are making this up.

I DON'T do it. Find posts where I directly call an individual names like moron or loser (that one's a big no-no).

Were you previously banned?

Fuck off and live in fear in your basement.
Who's in fear? You?

Acting sensibly according to science & health experts advice does not equate to living in fear.

Putting on a bike helmet does not equate to living in fear. But many an idiot refused to wear one & died.

Us who have a brain and balls are too busy enjoying life and worried about a little sniffle and cough! LMAO!!
How many people have had that attitude re seriously dangerous stuff & ended up with serious health problems, e.g. during the early HIV epidemic.

The vast majority are not covidiots & are continuing to enjoy life. What gave you the idea they weren't.

You don't sound like you're enjoying life. Why don't you go do that instead of being here ranting.

Too long to read but if havent worn a mask since the start of the pandemic I can assure you its NOT me thats afraid.

Did you forget that the EXPERT doctors also told us to wear masks during sex and that your pet can give you covid too? LMAO!!

Sick of living in a world of where the weak and scared are telling others how to live!

Dont you have a rainbow crosswalk to paint somewhere?
