To be realistic, it's likely being spread due to people going to work with mild symptoms or asymptomatic cases and not following full precautions because they feel okay. I guess that's a form of selfish but a different one from those going out of their way to preach bullshit.
Don't you get it? Diseases aren't density dependent, it's whether or not you are one of 'those' people.
Because masks are only one tool in the battle and there are several others that need to be followed. And even then there is a lot of mask non-compliance.
