He was part of the so called California musical clique, The Eagles,The Byrds, Toto, CCR and many average musical artists. One of my favorite Californian artist is Dave Alvin a folk rock style singer similar to Gord Lightfoot whose albums I have enjoyed.

Imho the song is insipid as fuck but my view doesn't count for much.
The song was in heavy rotation on Q107 durig the 7;00AM drive slot and Kim did get to lip synch it at the Junos. So it must be Canada's Hey Jude.

you just reminded me of another over rated song........Hey Jude...I may be in a tiny minority here , but just listening to the start of the song..is like nails on a chalk board and it never effing ends...naw naw naw naw na naw................i dont like the tune............but Wilson Pickett of all people gave it a major upgrade..

That has to be THEE fucking worst song ever. I had only heard the name Cardi B kicked around and couldn't tell you a single song she sings (like Drake, could not tell you a single song he sings). Anyway, the song came up on TERB somehow so I googled it and played it on youtube. It was like watching "2 girls one cup" - forever scarred in my memory. Absolutely disgusting as shit. I had to watch some Pink Floyd on youtube just to calm me down.
This is the only way I can take this song.....
