Now if you want to see a real faked cut look at the image below of a Brazilian woman who alleged that she was attacked by the Neo nazis in Switzerland. Obviously, here the self inflicted cuts are clean, compared to the Swastika ones on this 19 year old lady in question:

Except that the pathologist you quote and the link you took it from, have absolutely nothing to do with the Brazil case this thread's about. And expert though your Swiss guy may be, he is nonetheless only giving his opinion. And about another case entirely. It is neither fact nor proof. Nor is his opinion of what other forensic pathologists might assume, on that other case or on any case anything like a fact.
Certainly anyone living in Toronto should be aware of the disgraced pathologist Dr. Charles Smith. An opinion, whether from lay people like us TERBians, or from accredited and established experts of longstanding is still only an opinion.
Can you draw a Swastika on a breast that easily with someone wiggling about?
Look at the picture below: VP is fairly even. Look at the swastika at an angle and see the numerous scratches along with the angle of the swastika. Broken Swiss watch in this instance!!
all I see is that VP woman was at least smart enough to not draw over the same lines numerous times. And she still got caught. Whoever thinks that an assailant would bother taking time to inflict numerous parallel light scratches on the [relatively soft ] stomach (as opposed to quickly carving it on flat convenient surface like a forehead or shoulder blade) is wilfully blind to the obvious.
Again lots of presumptions by you. The Brazilian Police are not stupid, and if your theory is true no doubt they would have arrested or charged her by now. The only thing that would support your hypothesis is, if she in conjunction with a second individual let that person scrawl that swastika image at that angle on her body. It would then be awkward to use a sharp object and do it herself she would have been screaming with all those scratches at that angle, whereas it could have been accomplished with less pain drawing parallel and perpendicular lines along your stomach with a sharp object.
If she wanted the publicity, then disclosing her name would have been part of the scenario. So tell us why she has not done so?
Again, you display what you don't know. You can create light scratches of kind shown in this picture virtually PAINLESSLY. (In fact, people commonly suffer such abrasions without even being aware of them.) She could have easily done it herself. Certainly others, like the example Eternalbachelor provided, have done so.
Not always the case as you think it is. But, try doing it to your self at an awkward angle and see if it is that easy to draw that swastika symbol rather than going with parallel and perpendicular lines. Put on your listening ears for once!!

Come to think of it, stomach is really the best place to do it if you fabricate it and you are a woman. It looks more serious than limbs, and you don't want to carve your boobs or face, and you can't reach your back. So there you go.

Well if the attacker was trying to draw a swastika symbol on her breasts would she not try by impulse to wiggle herself away from the knife? So which location would be easier for an attacker to draw that swastika.... her breasts or stomach? These right wingers have conspiracy theories about why they did not self inflict these images on their own breasts.
Speaking from personal experience, I've only been knifed once and it was more of a slice than a stab, but my body jumped away from the blade with astounding force before my brain knew what was happening. I did have it coming, but that's besides the point...
