Yeah because losing your job over a sexual harassment charge is just "not so great"

What is sexual assault?

Sexual assault is any unwanted sexual act, including any touching (or forced touching by the victim) of a sexual nature that occurs without the true consent of both parties. Consent is the critical element in distinguishing between sexual assault and merely sexual activity. In order for consent to be given the consenting individual must be:

Yeah, why do men make things so difficult. Risk getting fired or worse unless you are some sort of queerfag.
When did kissing become a sexual act?

Also it's a little more than just the way its writen. There are reasonable circumstances that would allow for a kis to happen.

Remember that consent can be implied. When you are in a heated passionate moment, you are not expected to stop and ask. Do I have your consent to engage in sexual touching. Fuck that would kill the mood so fast.

of course the consent can be taken away at any point and you must stop.

Never mix work with pleasure, but... a heart is not a slave. Take her to lunch, have a stiff drink(or two), reach across the table and put your hand on top of hers. Look her in the eyes and say "I like you and I think you like me, too. I'd like to find out how far we can take it" And then, you'll know. If she rejects you, blame it on mixed signals(with a big laugh-you had me going girl!!). And that is it. Under no circumstances shove your tongue down her throat or a finger in her pussy. Sometimes less is more.

There is one Liberal MP who learned the hard way that this is not the case.

Over three quarters of sexual assaults involve unwanted sexual touching, kissing, grabbing, or fondling. In about 70% of sexual assaults, the victim is female and in close to 90%, the perpetrator is male. Young people are more likely than older people to be the victims of sexual assault. For example, people who are aged 15 to 24 are almost twice as likely to be sexually assaulted that people who are 25 to 34 years-old.

Sexual Assault Level 1: Any form of sexual activity (e.g., kissing, touching, oral sex, vaginal or anal intercourse) forced on another person or nonconsensual bodily contact for a sexual purpose. Level 1sexual assaults involve minor physical injuries or no injuries to the victim. Conviction for a Level 1 sexual assault is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

But hey, if she finds you hot, surprising her with an unexpected kiss to test her reaction is perfectly legal. If she doesn't fancy you than I hope you like your new bunk mate.

And really, if some dude tried to shove his tongue down your throat... you wouldn't consider it a bit sexual?
Why is it that people always miss the word reasonable? I said there are circumstance where a kiss would be reasonable.

For example you ask a girl on a date. After the date you go to kiss and do so. I have never asked first "Is it ok if I kiss you?" I look a her body language the way she looks at me and based on the signal I go for the kiss.

If she doesn't want you to kiss her, trust me she will let you know. When she lets you know that she doesn't want a kiss and you kiss her, then you are absolutely right that is a sexual assault.
