I'm wasn't talking about China in my original post.

I was talking about Canada.

My skin is non-white and my parents are immigrants ... from Britian / United Kingdom.

When I was born the Canadian government gave both my parents Canadian citizenship, which means Canada has recognized me as "old stock Canadian only", meaning non-British.

I guess.

But white girls who are 32 are MORE Canadian then me, a person born to CANADIAN PARENTS, being born in CANADA, but my skin is a different colour then white.

Also: Most of these white people are not really white, they have a pinkish skin, peach hue or olive tan, and these black people are technically brown - most of them.

You are wrong, again. I only blame the one minority that is constantly whinning "woe is me". I respect minorities like the E.I.'s, Chinese, Filipinos, Tamils, etc. who come here with nothing and many didn't even speak English to make a successful life for themselves. Also, no whinning and no special admission process to enter universities.
What is your opinion on indigenous people in Canada? They're the group with a history most similar to blacks in North America.

First of all, I have only a trace of indigenous blood. Definitely less than Elizabeth Warren and definitely not enough to get into Harvard (LOL!).

I think indigenous people should make a much larger effort to integrate into the broader society like the E.I.'s, Chinese, Koreans, Filipinos, etc. Unfortunately, I fear that ship has sailed and we are where we are.

I don't support giving jobs and/or university admissions based on race/ethnicity which is what California universities are doing or were doing. Of course, some people will argue that I.Q. tests and SAT's are unfair to people with lower scores than Asians and Whites so the "problem" needs to be"fixed".

I still doubt it. Sure being an NBA star would be great but you would have to have lived ALL their life, not just stardom. And there are many white NBA players so you can be a star and be white.

Not to mention those same people somehow consider a Canadian who immigrated from France or the Ukraine to somehow be more of a 'real' Canadian that non-white people who were born here.


And for those people, I'm a white (non-religious) Anglican who's family came here a bit over 200 years ago.

Does anyone know how many blacks living in Canada (or the U.S.) to-day are descendants of slaves brought to these shores? Is it a large majority? Is it even a majority?
Since most of them came over in the '70s and '80s, absolutely not.

There's racists and fringe people in every movement. Better to be with a movement for equality that includes some racist than a group that proudly uses racism as their basis.

The whole BLM/George Floyd/Breonna Taylor/Derek Chauvin saga has really brought it to the forefront. Unbelievably, there are even those that are upset because some NBA teams are recognizing the times we live in by honouring BLM.

For as long as possibly remembered, even the dirtiest, mostly toothless, inbred white trash could hold on to the fact that they were "white". It created a sense of false comfort. A comic validation that at least they were 'better' than a Black, Brown, Latino or Asian person simply because of skin colour. These sorts attack defenceless old ladies at bus stops or throw helpless old men out of their store onto the sidewalk. Frightened, racist, xenophobic, uninformed, myopic wretched beings that they are, they show their true colors easily and clearly.

2020 is showing racists everywhere that they were wrong all along to think that being white made you better than anyone else. The safety blanket has been taken away from them and it scares the living shit right out of them. The truth was always directly in front of them anyway.

The U.S. Declaration of Independence, a document written in 1776 and held in the highest universal regard by educated people everywhere says:


We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Yet, a black guy couldn't play baseball with other white guys in a team until 1947.

Id have no problem being a young black man being pulled over by the police. 99.9% of cops are fair and just and nice people. For every George Floyd there are 100,000 stops that went exactly by the book. CNN/Fake News has poisoned the minds of impressionable naive liberals. Its sad and disgusting.
