In general Trump is pretty incompetent, so people don't say things like that about him.
Also, there are so many other things people have to criticize him about, someone saying that just is never going to make the press as it isn't the most interesting attack line to take against him.

You seem obsessed with the idea that they do, though.
And the record for most bombs dropped in a year on Afghanistan was during Trump's presidency except, of course, for the 2001 invasion itself.
I think he also set the record for most bombs dropped on Iraq and Syria in a year.
And on Yemen in a year. (And his totals on Yemen may be more than everyone else combined.)

Pretending Trump was against war and didn't escalate bombing and threats is not helpful.
