Good single malt. No ice. No water. If I make another $50-100k a year, I can be pretentious enough to add a single drop of water to "awaken the flavour".
I've also been known to leave room for a Trifle. (Trifle is a dessert dish made from thick (or often solidified) custard, fruit, sponge cake, fruit juice or jelly, and whipped cream.)
