Depends on what mood I'm in:
1. Grilled fruit (Peaches/plums/pineapple/figs; whatever is in season) with a dollop of semi-sweetened whipped cream
2. A variety of cheeses with fresh fruit and a bottle of late harvest riesling
3. Homemade chocolate mousse made with dark chocolate ganache(70% min cocoa content) & unsweetened whipped cream.

Ah yes, with cream cheese icing of course.
I've also been known to leave room for a Trifle. (Trifle is a dessert dish made from thick (or often solidified) custard, fruit, sponge cake, fruit juice or jelly, and whipped cream.)
