Watched the grammys the other night. Show lasted 3.5 hrs. Would have been 2 hrs. if these rap assholes worked longer in their day jobs, installing mufflers.
What is with this shit? Someone puts a hanky full of buggers on their head, dresses in oversized, stupid looking clothes from the salvation army, talks fast, not sing, while holding their balls. Sells shit loads of cd's to their buddys in other muffler shops. Earn grammys for this shit. Expose the rest of us to this shit, while fucking up a good entertainer, Sting. I wonder what he really thought.
Got to go now, have to get my muffler changed!

Forget about the rap shit, whats with all this people who can't accept anything outside of what they like? No one is asking you to like it, or even understand it, just like your parents didn't understand your choices in music or fashion, but every one is entitled to their freedom of expression and just because you didn't like it , doesn't mean that other's didn't as well.

You need to learn a little acceptance in dealing with other people's individuality, your thoughts, beliefs and opinions are not necessarily the same as the rest of the world's, nor are you the only one entitled to determine what good 'music' is.

A real music lover doesn't limit themselves a genre, and most certainly doesn't prejudice themselves against a genre. I myself was never a large hip-hop fan, but I've spent some time listening to it and have grown an appreciation for it, especially some of the beats.

And finally, why do you think the Grammy's flooded the entire program with crap you don't like? Could it be that they know what sells with the younger generation (which obviously isn't you) and that is the target audience.

Now, Grab your walker and go to your room.

I don't appreciate this type of music - and actually I do find some of it offensive - but I'm not prepared to characterize it's purveyors in the offensive way that you have.

Watched the Country Music Awards last night. What is it with this shit? These guys should go back to their day jobs, fucking their cousins. All they do is put on a ten gallon hat, a pair of tight jeans and a sock in their crotch and get up and pretend they're playing their guitar. What's up with that?

4leaf, music comes in all shapes and sizes, and every genre has its share of crap.

BTW, if you arn't being racist, would you mind elaborating about those comments about your muffler? I don't see how your comments make sense unless you were saying all black people should do is sit down, shut up, and repair cars for white people.

Correct me if I'm wrong. And don't bother saying "I didn't actually say any of that" because you damn well know what you were implying.

RAP music is very cheap to produce in the studio and cheap to market as compared to a rock album even a alternative rock album! So blame the record companies! Now not all rap is crap....but like COUNTRY music it is bloody repetitive in themes!
