Viagra v.s. Levitra v.s. MUSE
I have used many drugs and devices, including Papaverine injections, pump and cock-rings, Viagra, Levitra and now MUSE.
Viagra worked fine but with a definite headache and nasal congestion such that I couldn't breathe thru' my nose, which is a definite downer when trying to enjoy daty. The nasal stuffiness lasted until the next morning along with the headache!
Levitra has, for me, pretty much the same side effects as Viagra but has a considerably longer lasting effect.
MUSE is a suppository which inserted into the urethra with the injector device included. It is expensive (about $25) but gives me a much greater blood flow, such that I notice a far greater increase in girth than I normally do with either Viagra or Levitra. I am still good for a go next day too which doesn't happen for me with the other two. It has to be massaged (the penis that is)once inserted to insure the drug pellet will be absorbed and you are not lay down for a while after injection, or it may not be as effective. The idea is to ensure a good downward blood flow to help its absorption into the penis. As with the other two, this does not cause an erection by itself - you have to desire to have sex first. Also it has to be kept refrigerated.
I am I believe, probably much older than almost anyone posting here and have come to accept that age does have some nasty sexual side-effects, including lower libido and as several others have commented in this thread, more difficulty in reaching orgasm, most often not getting to that point at all.
By accepting those age related factors (I know that I can't get myself off "no-hands" as I could at 19-20 y/o), I still can enjoy a lot of fun and since I use SP's most of my regular girls accept this and enjoy the more leisurely pace of a visit with me, all definitely revell in what my tongue can still do.
Papaverine injections cause an immediate erection, lasting up to an hour. My urologist had me bring the prescribed drug and a syringe into the office where he showed me how to inject it. This made my exit through the crowded waiting room a little embarassing as it was summer and I was wearing light clothing which couldn't conceal the bulge!
