Which is the best? What are the side effects?

I read somewhere even men without erectile dysfunction are using these to improve performance.

I read they're about $10 a pill. What's the best way to get these?

I use Viagra -- mostly an enforcement. At 50, I find getting it up no a problem, but keeping it up can be a little touchy.

It definitely works -- it's a shame they can't use the logical advertising line. "you haven't been this hard since you were 20".

Tried Viagra. Works great. Kept it up for 4 - 5 hours. It also desensitizes, helping hold back the ejaculation.
Only side effect I found was that my face was flushed at the beginning, which is normal. It's good to know that, because you know that it is starting to take effect.

Cialis

I have used Tadafil - a generic form of Cialis, try this site for best prices and places to order www.drugstorebestbuys.com. I have used budgetmedicines.com , they ship in about 2 weeks.

It seems to give benefits for 36-48 hours for me - and I have noticed a desensitizing effect. Quite hard erections, which seem to pop up quite quickly too :>). I don't have a problem with ED - yeah, I know - deny, deny, deny - but sometimes it takes awhile.

I noticed no other side effects except to note that when using a cough and cold medicine it dramatically reduced the effectiveness.

I have used Viagra with mixed results but generally seems to work. Would agree with the desensitizing comment. In addition, I have had some awful headaches the next day. I haven't tried Cialis or Levitra but plan on doing so.

I tried both Viagra and Cialis, and found out the following:

Viagra gave me a flushness that lasted for a few hours, and then I would get cluster headaches about three hours afterwards and they could last up to three days.

Used Cialis - Tadafil - and never had the headaches nor the flushness, but I got heartburn... and I love spicy foods... Ha,

I found that my ejaculations where more intense on the Viagra, and I could go two or three rounds... BUT, since my ED caused by high blood pressure pills, the Viagra was spiking my pressure in the 3 - 4 hours to 200/140... not good.

Cialis I found worked in conjunction with my medication and keep my BP down to 117/67 Perfect.

I'm under doctors supervison, and I would suggest the same for anyone, I didn't know I had high BP until last year, and sex went in the crapper until I figured the Viagra/Cialis out... Hope that helps.

I haven't tried any of these drugs (yet), but I keep on hearing about this desensitizing business. I'm not sure I like the sound of that. Does it make it difficult to come, or does it just delay it for a few minutes? Will you need more time for multiple pops because of the lack of sensitivity?

Not necessarily but quite possible. Like anything else dealing with the human body, it varies from person to person so there's no absolutes.

My experience has been that, in general, cumming is more difficult. Many times I'm happy with (well maybe not happy, but accepting of) 1 SOG for the evening. As to the cause, I'm not sure. I don't necessarily know I'm desensitized, because with a girl whose anatomy firs well with mine, it seems to feel just as good as ever. Is it the meds or is it my advancing years or is it a side effect of certain relaxing agents or some combination thereof? I don't know.

What I do know is I get hard as a rock, no other side effects e.g. headaches that I'm aware of, I stay hard for as long as I/we need and when I do cum I've got no problem getting it back up within 5-10 minutes. If you can focus on the act of fucking as being pleasurable in itself, as opposed to the goal of cumming you can go at it for as long as your session is booked for, your cardiovascular conditioning notwithstanding. It also makes a middle-aged guy more studly in the eyes of the young lasses when you can bang away for a full hour and they tire out before you do. Probably more mileage for you if you can make 'em cum an extra time or two.

As I mentioned the results (not hardness, though) can vary. My GF had to swallow 3 loads in about 2 1/2 hours (not that she minded) the other evening which is a bonanza for me. I also find the drugs last a very long time with me. I took 1/2 of a Viagra about 28 hours ago and I'm still feel the effects rather strongly. It's also great for sleepovers when I can pop a few in less than 2 hours the following morning.

I'm not sure, I may be psychologically addicted to them in that I think I always need them when I don't but I find it usually guarantees a fun evening, that is if being able to bang away for extended periods of time is your idea of having fun.

I have tried LEVITRA. A little flushing sensation and a little headache, but well worth it. Hard as a rock, can go, and go, and go. Less sensation in that it can take a LONGGGG time to cum, but I would say that is a plus, not a negative. Levitra, for me works in about 10 minutes and lasts about 48 hours. (no, you don't have a boner for 48 hours, but you know it will be there when you want it.)

None of these drugs make you horny. But if you want something to last a LONG time and be harder than you ever were than they are great. Second SOG is ready in about 30 to 60 minutes and can easily last for 60 minutes with me.

I agree with the psychological addiction mentioned above. Once you have seen an SP with Levitra on board, you always want to have it on board. Especially with the 2nd or later SOG of the evening you can go forever. (One SP ran to answer her phone after 60 minutes of non-stop fun (for me), and when she returned after 5 minutes was shocked to see Mr Happy still ready to play).

I've noticed the slight "flushed' feeling after taking the V, but I've not had the other side effects. (Perhaps because I take a 50g, generally half a 100g tab)

I wouldn't call the effect desensitiving, exactly, but I've always been fairly slow to finish. With the V, I will say that you can at least make a fair attempt at the second shot, even in an hour session.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I think I'll stay away for now. I am usually a slow to finish kind of guy anyway, and when I do have performance issues, it is typically an inability to come as opposed to an inability to get it up in the first place. The idea of pounding away at some poor woman for an hour doesn't sound very sexy to me, I'm afraid.

Was wondering if anyone's body got used to any of the drugs previously mentioned ... and found that they required larger doses or worse ... found that the drug no longer worked with your body?

Viagra v.s. Levitra v.s. MUSE

I have used many drugs and devices, including Papaverine injections, pump and cock-rings, Viagra, Levitra and now MUSE.

Viagra worked fine but with a definite headache and nasal congestion such that I couldn't breathe thru' my nose, which is a definite downer when trying to enjoy daty. The nasal stuffiness lasted until the next morning along with the headache!

Levitra has, for me, pretty much the same side effects as Viagra but has a considerably longer lasting effect.

MUSE is a suppository which inserted into the urethra with the injector device included. It is expensive (about $25) but gives me a much greater blood flow, such that I notice a far greater increase in girth than I normally do with either Viagra or Levitra. I am still good for a go next day too which doesn't happen for me with the other two. It has to be massaged (the penis that is)once inserted to insure the drug pellet will be absorbed and you are not lay down for a while after injection, or it may not be as effective. The idea is to ensure a good downward blood flow to help its absorption into the penis. As with the other two, this does not cause an erection by itself - you have to desire to have sex first. Also it has to be kept refrigerated.

I am I believe, probably much older than almost anyone posting here and have come to accept that age does have some nasty sexual side-effects, including lower libido and as several others have commented in this thread, more difficulty in reaching orgasm, most often not getting to that point at all.

By accepting those age related factors (I know that I can't get myself off "no-hands" as I could at 19-20 y/o), I still can enjoy a lot of fun and since I use SP's most of my regular girls accept this and enjoy the more leisurely pace of a visit with me, all definitely revell in what my tongue can still do.

Papaverine injections cause an immediate erection, lasting up to an hour. My urologist had me bring the prescribed drug and a syringe into the office where he showed me how to inject it. This made my exit through the crowded waiting room a little embarassing as it was summer and I was wearing light clothing which couldn't conceal the bulge!

Did you experience any burning after using the MUSE?

My experience with Viagra is the same as yours, severe headaches and nasal stuffiness.

Still have not tried the Papaverine, but I think that is coming next.

I have had no side effects from MUSE though twice I have heard comments that the girls could taste it. Now, was that for real or because they knew that I had injected it?

I was not very satisfied with the enzyme type of injection. It was only effective about half the time and also it required that I do it after my girl had arrived which meant excusing myself while I filled the syringe (Its considerably larger than the common insulin syringe) - sterlized the site then injected and applied pressure to the site for a time.

Once I got so anxious to get back to the girl that i did not keep the pressure on long enough and had a large haematoma on my penis by the next day from bleeding under the skin. It was totally black all around and full length so I ended up in emerg..

The doc on call didn't know what to do and had to call my urologist for advice - it was a Sat. afternoon so took about an hour to find him. The solution? I had to go home and pack my cock in ice for as long as I could stand then repeat over and over. This took 2 days and it was the last time I used the Paraverine.

Be careful to inject properly and patient enough to be sure there is no bleeding after.

Unless you're getting any of these three from your doctor, you're geting counterfeits. Shouldn't this thread be in the louge?

In response to the question about tolerance for the drug or needing increased doses, I will say that the first time I took Levitra (1/2 of a 10mg tablet) I thought I was a porn star. I also had more flushing that time.

I could get it up, if I just thought for an instant about sex. That didn't last, but the normal dose of an entire 10mg tablet does a great job, and works great.

So a little bit bigger dose is needed, but still well within the dosing guidelines.
